Had a good experience with One Man & A Toolbox from the office personnel, the estimator and service tech. The Service Tech, Blaine, did an excellent job in replacing an entrance door to the garage and painting a den/computer room. I highly recommend this company.

I was looking for a new handy man. Found One Man and a Toolbox. Everything ran smoothly. Got in touch and an estimate in no time. Blaine came out and did an excellent job. Definitely will recommend him and the company to my friends and family.

Disappointed—did not live up to the highly rated reviews. They had a technician quit in the middle of our job, and the technician that finished was rushed. Most of the work was sloppy, and some of it was left incomplete even after coming out a second time. The manager even came out and looked at some of the oversights and remaining issues, but he never followed up (that was over 6 weeks ago).
We will not be using them again.

Tony was great! He was on time and changed 6 smoke detectors within the hour. Very friendly and professional. This is our second time using One Man and a Toolbox. I have had very positive experineces both times.

I needed plumbing work done on my toilet. I called another handyman to do the job and they never showed up to our appointment and avoided my phone calls! I was in desperate need to get my toilet fixed. I called One Man & A Toolbox and less than TEN MINUTES LATER, the plumber was here and ready! He fixed my toilet and cleaned up behind himself! The gentleman was courteous, professional, efficient, and quick! He really saved the day! I give them a 10/10 highly recommend!

Blaine did an awesome job repairing my gate on a fence. He was very prompt, professional and thorough as well as friendly. I would highly recommend him for repair on your home. He was there within 30-40 minutes of my phone call requesting repair. I will definitely request him for any home repairs in the future. Thanks again Blaine!

I was referred to One Man and a Toolbox after multiple problems with different contractors and getting a plumber to show up to do some plumbing. Tony came out to the house twice. Once to set 2 new toilets and hook up bathroom and kitchen sinks and then a second time to unclear a slow drainage issue. He was great at keeping me informed and explaining the processes and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend One Man and a Toolbox!

Calling ONE MAN AND A TOOL BOX to take care of several home projects was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Tony arrived as scheduled, assessed the needs for his assigned projects, purchased the materials, and completed the tasks in an efficient and professional manner. Had them rebuild my deck. They did a fine job. Their customer service, with Jay, was also excellent. After a slight mix-up, they came back immediately to fix some areas they overlooked.. Reasonably priced also. Very good work and service. Highly Recommend.

This company was actually doing work on another job and inadvertently caused me to lose water service.
They took immediate responsibility for their mistake, had their plumber out the next day to fix the problem. They were honest and quick to fix the problem. The owner called to say they would not leave the site until the problem they caused was resolved.I will call them and recommend them because they owned up to their mistake and quickly made it right. They were polite and did what they said they would.

THE CREW ARE POLITE QUICK CLEAN WONT QUIT TIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. HAVE A MASTER ELECTRICIAN AND CERTIFIED HVAC TECH ON STAFF. HAVE NOT SEEN A JOB THEY CANT HANDLE. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE C.P.R.CERTIFIED AND GENUINELY CARE ABOUT DOING A GREAT JOB TAKE PRIDE IN THEMSELVES AND THEIR WORK. CALL THEM FOR ANY JOB THEY CAN HANDLE IT. ALSO DO FIRE AND FLOOD CLEAN UP. WILL WORK THRU THE NIGHT IF NEED BE TIL THE JOB IS DONE

they do junk work it is not Quality work a 10-year-old can do as good and their prices are outrageous

I’m not sure of the quality of work they do, but the quality of their employees is questionable. One of their drivers poured a drink out the window of their work truck while driving on I-65S (Birmingham) 6/19/24 around 11a.m. The liquid/ice covered the windshield and hood of my car. I was unable to get a tag number as he sped past me, however, I did read the website written in green. I wouldn’t want people like this working on my property.
