Graham and his guys went above and beyond!!! We hired them after a tornado hit our backyard. They worked hard to get it done quickly, and competently. They were reasonably priced, but did a spectacular job!! They even rebuilt our fire pit! And, redistributed the gravel we had under our once trampoline (tornado destroyed it). They didn’t drive their Bobcat on our lawn like I’ve seen some tree services do in our neighborhood. I just can’t say enough good things about these guys! We had so many companies that I believe were trying to take advantage of us during this disaster! You wouldn’t believe the difference in the estimates!

I’m a younger homeowner with a historic home, so I am used to contractors trying to do too much or overcharge. Graham and his team were a welcome relief from this, offering good recommendations on how to manage our trees and performing the work in a timely and professional manner with no trace left on the rest of our property (honestly have no idea how they did this given the size of branches the removed). I plan to use them for all my future needs and recommend them to everyone I know.

This is by far the best tree service in the Birmingham area! Graham and his team were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and extremely reasonable. I'd heard of them through word of mouth and all the rave reviews were absolutely true. They removed three trees, ground the stumps, trimmed branches of other trees that were touching our roof, cleaned up all debris and even blew off my back deck for good measure! It's truly like the crew and the trees were never there. Can't say enough good things about this company! Wish more businesses were run with this much integrity.

Would highly recommend these guys. Storm caused tree to fall on my house and I called that night and Graham had his crew here the very next day. Had tree and stump removed and Graham was able to have my roof repaired as well. Also had another tree removed. Crew was able to do both trees and roof repair in just a couple days. Excellent service. Graham and his crew were very professional. His crew did a very good job of cleaning up too.

Graham and his team were super easy to work with. We had to large trees trimmed, a dead portion of a tree removed, 2 different kinds of swings installed, and 3 "trash trees" removed. I was most pleased with how easy it was to communicate with Graham; like most people, I work very busy hours and found it hard to set aside time to call during the week to get information, schedule a estimate, etc. Graham was easily accessible via email and text throughout the process, start to finish. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, updated us on any changes in the plan, and didn't ask for payment until we were satisfied. AUF did an amazing job with large tree removal and trimming on my property! The trees were located near power lines and my power was never cut! The crew was efficient and friendly, and when they were done, they did a great job cleaning the mess and stacking the debris. Thank you to Graham and his team for a job well done!!

Great job by the crew! Only problem was confusion about the debris. They told me it would be left at my parent's home to be picked up by another company four days later. This was not okay for me and I called the office to question this. My understanding was that they would haul everything away after they cut down the tree. It took about 15 minutes going back and forth between the crew, secretary and owner to get that sorted. I also had to call to find out how I would receive my invoice. I provided my email and the invoice was sent with a link included to make my payment. Aside from those two bumps, I was very pleased with company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. A neighbor asked for their details. She may have them remove a tree on her property. Thanks to Graham and the crew that came out!

We had two massive pines and one huge, sweet gum tree that were looming over our house in the back yard. Alabama Urban Forestry went above and beyond what I expected with the removal process and stump grinding. Great prices and a very professional, clearly highly trained, and kind crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly and professional team that worked with difficult tree removal in my backyard. I am highly satisfied with the work they did at an affordable cost and would use this company again in the future.

Needs to teach his drivers to driver or learn himself. Nearly caused an accident by pulling out in front of me on Hwy 31. Then had the nerve to shoot me a bird because I blew my horn at him. I had to slam on my brakes and screech my tires to avoid hitting him. He pulled out in front of me taking up both southbound lanes of traffic. If your driving a truck pulling a trailer with a bob cat on it , I would suggest you be a little more cautious or I hope that you have very good liability limits on your insurance.

Had a large tree come down across the driveway. Called Action and they were there within minutes.
Dennis and his crew did a great job and cleaned up afterwords. Highly recommended.

My parents recently hired this company to take care of some heavy pruning for a large magnolia tree. As it turned out, they needed some additional work and the guys on site were more than happy to take care of the work. My parents don’t use Google reviews so they asked me to add their experience since they were so pleased with this Company, it’s employees and their great service.

I highly recommend Action Tree service! Dennis and his crew removed two large fallen trees from our home after the recent tornado damage in South Roebuck. Action tree service kept their word and had the trees removed the same day. Excellent customer service!
