the carpet cleaning service provided was of top-notch quality and brett was incredibly pleasant. however, there was a bit of a hiccup with the scheduling. my carpet cleaning slot was fixed and confirmed for 12:30, which worked perfectly for me as i was attending an event. unfortunately, they arrived an hour early while i was still out. i missed their calls and messages since i didn't have my phone with me due to the event. by the time i checked my phone at 12:15, i learned they were about to leave as they had been waiting for half an hour. luckily, i managed to communicate with them that i was on my way and would be home shortly. upon my arrival at 12:30, they were still present and performed an exceptional cleaning job. however, it's important for them to adhere to the initially agreed upon time. it was slightly distressing that they arrived ahead of schedule and were on the verge of leaving before my confirmed appointment time.

we had our carpets cleaned along with the grout on our tile floors, which hadn’t been touched since they were put in ages ago. the grout looks brand new now! the price was really fair so we also asked for our showers and bathroom stone counters to be cleaned and sealed too. everything turned out fantastic. as a bonus, we even had our windows cleaned inside and out—they’re so clear, it’s hard to tell there’s glass at all! brett, who helped us, was friendly and made the whole process easy. he really cares about making sure customers are happy. highly recommend if you need carpet cleaning in birmingham!

Done Right Carpet Cleaning Tech Alexander did a horrible job. I attached two Photos, the dirty carpet is what he claimed he cleaned. I used my upright Bissell Carpet Shampooer and it cleaned the carpet really good. We had to reshampoo our entire house .I see good comments of other people reviews which they had good remarks. Obviously I got the wrong one and plus he stated he does a good job since his wife has so-called OCD. . I was very unsatisfied! Alexander who came out to my place, didn't do a good job in my living room and dinning area and half done in the other rooms, I explained to him in the beginning before he started that I want quality and not to rush. Well that didn't do any good, after he rushed to get to his next job, the last two rooms all he did was wet the carpet and pretty throughout the house. He tried to tell me that he couldn't get the dirt out the carpet because he claimed that because of the carpet being walked on it wouldn't come clean. I explained to him that he could get the dirt up. I ended up using my Bissell Upright Carpet Shampooer in the areas where he claimed that he cleaned and the dirt came right up.

Use them at your own discretion, I wasn't satisfied at all and I paid them $360.50 for work that I did and finished!!!
