This was my first time booking a carpet cleaning service, and I’m very happy with the results. I had recently moved into a home where the previous owners had pets, and there were old carpet stains and odors that had been sitting for a long time. I reached out online in the evening, and Kingston replied very quickly and made the whole process easy. He arrived on time, was professional, polite, and clearly knew a lot about carpet cleaning and stain treatment. After the deep cleaning, the carpets looked fresh, bright, and almost like new again. The pet spots were treated well, and the whole house felt much cleaner afterward. The pricing was fair and reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I would absolutely use this company again for carpet cleaning and carpet repair in Birmingham. Excellent service and a great experience from start to finish.

I arranged for carpet cleaning from A Step Above Carpet Cleaning on Wednesday for a Friday appointment. Donald arrived at 8:30 am, within the scheduled window of 8-1. He efficiently cleaned my carpets and was done by 9:45. It was a quick and straightforward process. The service was more affordable compared to other companies I considered, and they did an excellent job! I'll definitely be employing their services again in Birmingham!
