My team is great! They are flexible to my schedule and the team has been pretty consistent over the years. Because of that they have had a glimpse into the ups/downs of our family and have always demonstrated a kindness that I so appreciate. And yes! The house gets clean and spotless.

Lois and her team H-1 are friendly and efficient. They do a good job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms as well as dusting, vacuuming and general household cleaning. They’re prompt and come when expected

We have used the Birmingham Maids for nearly 5 years. They come every other Thursday before 9 am and we receive a phone reminder the day before every visit. We use team #1 with Lois as the team leader and she is excellent at overseeing that everything is done correctly. She leads a crew of 2-3 ladies who are fast and professional and go to assigned rooms to get everything done efficiently and quickly. They bring their own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner and polish all the hardwoods on the way out the front door. We have used other companies and other individuals and will never go back. I've used The Maids at two different houses and have been with them for 10 years. Team 1 led by Tammy is my team of choice! They always do a good job and listen to special requests. I never worry about leaving if they are here because everything is done right and the house is secure when they leave. I love Team 1 and I hope The Maids treats them well because a team that does good work and is dependable is worth a lot to customers.

Lois is the bomb dot com. Her entire crew is timely and efficient and goes above and beyond to make our house sparkle. Thankful to have found such a great team!

the Maids of Birmingham AL are one of the best things that has happened to me. The teams of ladies have been with me since pre-pandemic. They find and clean off every bit of dust dirt and "crud" in my home. They are thorough, conscientious, and and delightful to work with.

Lois and her team are amazing! My father wouldn’t be able to keep up his home without them. Lois has been cleaning for my parents for more years than I can remember, and it’s always a joy to see her!

Shelia, Jaden, Mattie and Alana came to clean 5/29/24. They did an excellent job. The minute they walked in the door they went to work. They asked if I had anything that needed special attention, we discussed and all cleaning was done professionally. I enjoy when they come do their work. Thank y'all

Mandy (H2) and her team began cleaning our house a few weeks ago and they have done a spectacular job. We did have one issue in the beginning where the sink wasn’t cleared/cleaned but after mentioning it on our first follow up call, they corrected their mistake and have been providing a stellar service. My wife and I are excited to come home to a freshly cleaned house every other Monday. We have security cameras and we noticed one day that Mandy went above and beyond the scope of her work to clear the spiderwebs above the front door. Another instance, we both had to leave for work when our new puppy was acting strange that morning and we were hesitant to leave her by herself. We texted Mandy and her team asking if they could check in on the puppy that morning and they happily obliged. They responded saying that they had checked up on her upon arriving and she was back to her happy-go-lucky self. We were recommended several cleaning services once we decided to pull the trigger. I’m glad that we went with The Maids. Keep up the great work ladies! We greatly appreciate the service you provide.

I have been using The Maids for over 10 years. I love my team who do a great job! I have had the same team for years with minimal changes. They clean my house perfectly. They know my pets and watch out for them. They have cleaned my carpets and my refrigerator too, as extra requests. Kathy is always very responsive to my needs.
