Our carpets, couch and love seat were due for a little TLC. I called Heavens Best. Customer service, while making my appointment, was fantastic, smooth and easy. My techs, Robert and Albert were complete gentleman along with being very professional! We even talked a little football on their way out. Super nice guys. My house smells so good and the carpets and couches look fantastic. They even made sure there wasn’t any chemicals on my hardwoods. Definitely will use them again and I highly recommend them!

I booked an appointment over two weeks in advance, moved furniture, and was ready for my appointment. I have three young kids and missed their call, and they decided to cancel the cleaning, even though I had a booked appointment.

I called them back (still before the appointment time) and apologized that I was getting the house further ready for them and chasing kids.

They were extremely rude on the phone, wouldn’t send someone even though an appointment was made (who relies on a text or call 45 minutes before an appointment, since an appointment for them to come to us was already booked?)

I would imagine we had an hour or so of cleaning blocked off, the fact they were so willing to cancel is either double booking or just not wanting to make the drive.

So many cleaning options out there, would recommend calling someone else.

Jeff and Timothy did a wonderful job. They were right on time, worked efficiently and left me with carpets that look brand new and smell so fresh and clean!

100 stars if it was possible. First class business! On time, came in examined what needed to be done, explained what was needed, gave us the cost at a reasonable price, went to work at a quick pace and performed fantastic work!

Robert and Albert were fantastic.! They were able to remove some long-standing stains on my kitchen chairs (blood) that other technicians said were permanent. I also had a small hallway of some 20 year old white Berber carpeting that was pretty bad.

OMG, I was beyond thrilled to stumble upon Jared at this carpet cleaning service! I had this stunning Moroccan carpet that had been dyed using vegetables and two local, well-known cleaners suggested that hand cleaning was the safest method to prevent the dye from bleeding and turning the white parts pink. This method was going to cost me twice as much! So I put the carpet into storage while I was making up my mind, and during that time, some rats infested it. How disgusting! Now, hand cleaning wouldn't suffice regardless of the cost. Then, jared from the carpet cleaning service came into the picture. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning service. marvin was very friendly, professional, and really helpful. at first, he came to clean the grout on my tile floor, and it turned out great! then i asked him to take a look at a carpeted room that had seen heavy use from two teenagers. even after i tried cleaning it myself with a rented machine, the carpet still looked bad. marvin assured me he could handle the tough spots, and he really delivered—the stains are gone and the carpet looks almost brand new! i was surprised at how much cleaner the whole carpet looks now, not just the spots. if you want your carpets to look fantastic, marvin is the one to call!
