I had one room's carpet and a number of pieces of furniture cleaned. Because of a mix-up on time (mostly my fault), they were not able to do the job as scheduled. However, they worked me in on a Sunday to get it done. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definitely recommend them

The customer service from the very beginning was great when I first called for a quote and booked my appointment. Edward and Terry from SteamPro Carpet came and cleaned the carpet and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Each had well over 10 years of experience in cleaning carpets and after doing a walk through of each room explained step by step what they would do to get the carpet clean. Very pleased with the end result and will be using them again.

I have the carpet cleaned once and maybe twice a year depending on the situation. However this is my first time using SteamPro and they did not disappoint. I will definitely be using them again and again. Their service is the best and it is done with such good integrity and politeness. I can go on and on but I will stop here.

I was at 1st but when they left, 3 days Later one room was still wet. I called and they stated that it was because of air flow buy the other room dried just fine. It smelled like washed clothes that was left in washer and you need to rehash to get the odor out. Instead they sprayed stuff and brought in a fan to help dry the carpet. It dried but left the house smelling musty. He said it smelled like a cat who sprayed the house. I was so over it because I knew they weren't going to release it so I had to pull mu carpet up and replace. I should have done that originally but was trying to save money and time for my next kove in. I lost money , time and was Charge $135 fir 2 rooms for a so called deep clean instead of the special which was 3 rooms for $100. I was pleased with the look of the carpet but displease how it was saturated and not fixed before leaving. I would have never left this review until it texted me to leave one and this is a honest truthful review. The guys were nice, but the service ended up costing me more money. Other than that, just make sure you ask for drying instructions because it seemed as if they said it was my fault due to the house circulation. Mind u. The other room dried just fine

Entire experience was great! Terry spoke with me on the phone making sure I was getting everything I needed when booking. He and his coworker, Edward, arrived and introduced themselves and went over with me what all rooms they were doing. They did a phenomenal job! Very professional. I highly recommend them and this company.

He arrived on time, assessed the areas thoroughly, and explained the process clearly—pre-treatment for spots, deep steam extraction, and final grooming. Everything was handled with care; there was no overspray on furniture or baseboards, and the carpets dried completely within a few hours.
The results were impressive. Tough stains that we assumed were permanent lifted out entirely, colors brightened, and the carpets feel soft and refreshed. The house now has a clean, neutral scent with no chemical residue.

I had such a great experience with this Steampro cleaning service! They were professional, friendly, and the price was more than fair. I have a dog, so I was really looking for a deep clean to remove pet odor and sanitize the carpet. They did exactly that. My carpets look and smell brand new — I didn’t even realize how much I needed this service until I saw the difference. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!
