Where do I begin? These guys really saved me!!! I came down to visit my cousin & her help host an Easter family weekend with many guests visiting from out of town. We had 24 hours to go before guests arrived & our original cleaners were no shows. 😱 I immediately called these guys as I am familiar with Maid Brigade in my hometown. They were polite, responsive, and incredibly kind! These guys showed up & cleaned the home from top to bottom & did an IMPECCABLE JOB. I called for a last minute service and I was able to get same day service. Quick and easy process. The cleaner did a great job and was super sweet!

My experience & expectations was not met. I had wrote that I had 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 pet, & laundry room. 1 level& hardwood floors.
I have taken pictures. It was 2 ladies & a guy. The guy was rushing the ladies and telling me it suppose to be 2 hours, its not my fault, yall was late. The time range was 1:30 p.m, but was gone at 3:05 p.m. my pictures are my evidence. I think, I need a refund or come finish the job. My bedroom & den was not touch. He was complaining the whole time, he was working. ( ex, he had a lot to move, but you did not go in the other room and do the job). I put on the application, 2 bedroom. My room still the same.

Very enjoyable experience. I have a historical home and was concerned over how the crew would handle. They were professional and thorough. My plan is to start with the downstairs and then add room by room upstairs as I go through and purge.

Taylor and Crystal are INCREDIBLE!!!! So fun and so professional! They did our move-in cleaning and had their work cut out for them. But let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park! Maid Brigade is amazing! We have 2 German Shorthair Pointers who love in the house with us and that means lots of hair! From the deep cleaning to our biweekly cleaning, they do a fabulous job! I used MaidBrigade to do a move-out cleaning of my apartment and they did a great job. I was not able to be present during the clean, so they sent videos and pictures. When I returned to the apartment, I saw that they took their time to clean every nook and cranny. I highly recommend them.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Arnaud, the owner, was incredibly nice and made the whole process smooth. The team was thorough, leaving my apartment sparkling clean. Their attention to detail was impressive.

The folks I spoke to on the phone were very courteous when scheduling, and they had plenty of availability. I requested a deep clean; unfortunately, numerous spots were missed. However, Arnaud did a fantastic job making it right by returning within a few hours to finish the job. Ideally it would be done right the first time, but I’m glad they were apologetic and quick to fix it.

Maid Brigade was on time, friendly and did a fantastic job! We had a deep clean and our house looks spotless. I say spotless and we have a toddler plus 3 pets! Cleaners were friendly and even asked if I had any special requests on certain rooms. Absolutely recommend!
