I have been using this carpet cleaning service for over 25 years and have relied on them for more than 25 rental properties, my own home, and my family's homes. The service has always been outstanding, and the products work really well. One time, my freezer door opened, and all the meat spilled onto the carpet. Wesley cleaned it up so thoroughly that you couldn't even tell it had happened, and he deodorized the area so the smell disappeared completely. This company has great technicians, and their service is always punctual and friendly. I highly recommend using this carpet cleaning service.

This was my second or third time using this carpet cleaning service. After my portable AC leaked and caused water to get on the carpets, I called and spoke with Caleb to ask for same-day help. He was able to come out right away and set up two fans and a dehumidifier to dry the carpet and floors. Luckily, the leak was small. I also had the whole house carpets cleaned and added carpet protectant for the upstairs and stairs. Caleb gave me a nice discount for the complete service. His assistant did a thorough job cleaning the stairs, hallway, four bedrooms, and the bonus room. The service was excellent, and I gave the technician a tip. Caleb came back a couple of days later to pick up the drying equipment.

My first impression on the phone was great because, unlike other places that say they won't help move furniture, Jesse said he could help move my couch and other heavy things so the carpet underneath could be cleaned. Great service. I appreciate how Caleb has taken care of the carpet on the first floor of our home for many years. When we added carpet to our stairs and finished the basement, Caleb handled everything really well. The basement carpet needed stretching and seaming because of the concrete floor, and Caleb got it smooth and looking perfect. The carpet has stayed in great shape ever since. The carpet cleaning process costs a little more than some other companies, but it’s definitely worth it! Caleb also offers cans of Spot Remover so we can clean small spots in between regular carpet cleanings.
