Routine maintenance was performed professionally by Jason Threadgill. He suggested a few things I should consider doing to improve the system, but wasn't pushy about it, which I appreciate.

Hello. Just wanted to give a shout out of praise to ur technician, Luiz. He was at the Lincoln House(49240 US Hwy 78) on this week-2/11 for a service call. Luiz made me feel very valued as a customer, took the time to show n explain what he was doing n equipment functions. He was very through not leaving until both of us were comfortable w/the equipment functioning. I was extremely pleased w/his performance n would welcome the opportunity to work w/him again. The equipment is still going strong at this time
