Dennis, Phillip, and Clifton came by to do maintenance on my system today and were fantastic. Nothing had been serviced before other than a recent repair that went well, and they really did a lot of work to get everything back into shape. They also had great info on what to expect toward the end of the system’s life and several options about keeping my current, very old, system working as efficiently as possible as long as it can, and what to expect when it is time to replace. Really pleased with their help and expertise.

Technician arrived on time. Work was done in a competent and professional manner. Appreciated the use of shoe covers due to carpet and he wore his mask while here. Explained services performed. Have used this business' services for years and am well satisfied. Thanks to Micah Baker for a job well done.

I do not like the fact that Norell has been sending out two guys to each job. One guy does the service work and the other guys job is to try and sell you on new services and equipment. Having a sales guy on each job is just a revenue generator for Norell and not in the customers best interest.

These people tried to sell me a new unit 10 years ago. Said my existing unit was shot. Contacted Wilbanks and Son who promptly repaired it for under 100 dollars. Still going strong. These people are thieves. No longer family owned.
Highly recommend Wilbanks for all services on heat and air.
