Jay is a stand up guy and honest. I love the way he will fix a situation if they made a mistake. Their prices are affordable and their repair quality is unmatched.

Jay came out and fixed my AC unit. He also explained to me how to help prevent myself from having future problems. He is very professional and thorough with his work! Definitely a business that I will continue to use if needed and will highly recommend to friends and family

The Dawson True Heating & Cooling company is who you should call for your A/C problems. These guys are great, thorough and precise on what they do. They came out took their time and repaired our cooling system. They are professional, reliable and keep you updated with what they are doing to fix your problem. The technician and his associate arrived on time, addressed my concerns (the heat feels so such better) and his pricing was fair.

They worked fast, provided clarity, education and transparency around potential risks. They communicated often and were forthcoming about the projects. Quite rare all around. They were very timely, they were very professional. For example my HVAC was working when they initially left my house but within the next few hours it started acting up again. I called them after hours and they sent someone out immediately to come address the issue and now my HVAC is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

You guys are awesome!!! I would recommend Dawson to anyone because they were on time and very professional. My air went out on a Friday evening I called after normal working hours and they took my call, they were at my door on time Saturday morning to get me back up and running. Started having more issues later Saturday and they were back out at the stated time Sunday. Dawson thank for your great professional work. I would definitely use you guys again.
