Dawson True Heating & Cooling provided great service. Starters, the technician arrived within time window provided and the technician was professional, walking me through and explaining the repairs.

Additionally, the technician provided insightful information about my unit. The company provided professional and reliable service, I will 100% use them going forward!

After another company (Perfect Service Heating & Air) caused damage in an attempt to make money by making us buy a new unit from them; we called Dawson True Heating & Cooling LLC.

They came out the same day. They were professional and informative. After greeting each other and showing them where everything was, the technician got right to work.
The technician inspected the unit, found the problem, explained the problem and solution to the wife and I, fixed the problem the same day and the unit is now working better than what it was before.

I was so grateful we finally found a company that is honest and true to their word. After all was said and done, I told the technician that they now have a customer for life!

We were able to get someone out same day (was going to be a 2-day wait with other companies). Michael was great! Timely repairs, and we wouldn’t have known the parts were under warranty if he hadn’t looked into it and let us know.

This was a very professional company and reasonably priced company. Jay came out and informed me of what seemed to be the issue, we scheduled a time, and his crew performed our maintenance with no issues. They were big on communication and gave us a heads up when running a little behind. I recommend Dawson True Heating and Cooling for all you HVAC needs.

I had a great experience with Dawson True Heating & Cooling! My AC was blowing air but not cooling, and Justin was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed fast!

Justin also pointed out a crack in the fan cover on my outdoor unit and explained the potential long-term impact. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.
