So I called and they were able to come give me an estimate that same day.Not only were they able to to fix my issue ,but the owner John was very knowledgeable about what I needed to repair it . His first appointment went okay. That was to check the chimney stack. I setup a second appointment at the end of the first appointment for yesterday morning and he no showed. I called and text and he didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know he could not come or to communicate afterwards what happened. We were very disappointed and I believe the situation he left us in is worse than if we had not dealt with him in the first place.

Jade cleaning services was amazing the appointment was easy to set up Trail called the day of appointment with ETA. He came in was very nice and cleaned the chimney replaced things that needed to be replaced and clean up the area around chimney. Definitely will use again and will recommend!

Trail cleaned out my chimney and fireplace recently and did an excellent job! I have had terrible luck with chimney services in the past so it was wonderful to have found such a nice, efficient, and smart person to work with. I highly recommend him!

Do not use them if you don’t want to be scammed. I was quoted 243 and was charged 360.50 for carpet cleaning.I wasn’t present but was told that my husband signed after the service. I thought they would honor the quote. I was told the extra 117 was for cleaning with shampoo which is ridiculous.

He went above and beyond to show us everything on the initial inspection and then showed us all the camera footage after the cleaning and repair.
