I heard the advertisement of $93 dollars to clear a drain on WZZK, 104.7, on the radio. They came out and said that’s a fee to show up, that it would be an extra $290 to clear my drain plus the call fee so I was looking at $380. I said that’s not what the add said so they honored the add price, which I thought was hoberable. So the tech was nice. I did have a stubborn clog and they weren’t able to repair my clog. But they were really nice. I had the line cameras to make sure the clog was just grease and the sewer machine wasn’t hitting a toilet. So, I ended up renting a sewer machine and I was more foreful than the Comfort Tech was willing to me blind, without a camera. So I’m cleared now but they they were professional honored their word and gave me good advise to have it cammmed and use a bigger machine.

Found this company through Lowe's installation service. I needed a quote to install a hot water heater for comparison and ended up using them. Everyone that I worked with from initial contact, scheduling, and service were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Scheduled service for the next day, the installer was ahead of schedule.
