Today out of the blue I had water on the floor under my water heater. I called Home Depot looking for Rheem brand. A nice lady helped me set up installation and immediately I received a call from Comfort Dynamics. I spoke with Quintin and he was great. I took a chance and we set a time. The tech, Samuel showed up right on time. Removed the old one and installed the new one exactly as we had talked about. I'm so happy I called them. Very satisfied!

I just wanted to start with the fact that I was initially on the fence with Comfort Dynamics due to mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we gave them the chance!

Long story short, our blower motor finally gave up the ghost. Jared came out the same day we called them, and had our A/C working before he left --- and working better than it had been before all of this started.

Another company, Bill Bradley, had quoted us a price over 2x what Comfort Dynamics charged us to replace the motor.... ...To put it into perspective, what we paid comfort dynamics for everything wouldn't have even covered the labor costs for BB -- let alone the part itself. Jared finished the job in roughly an hour for what BB said would take 4 hours * 2 people.

The way I see it is when a company wants to sell you on replacing everything, they'll make it seem as if fixing the issue will cost so much compared to the cost of a new system....and isn't worth it to 'put a bandaid' on the existing system.

Yes, the system in question is quite old, but definitely not on its last leg as we were led to believe. I'll just leave it at that.

As for Jared, he was awesome, and a really cool guy all around. There wasn't any sort of high pressure upsells or anything of the sort. He quickly diagnosed the issue and didn't waste any time in getting the job done.

In this day and age it's so hard to find a trustworthy repair company, and I know for a fact that comfort dynamics is one of them. I'm happy to say that we'll definitely be repeat customers. We already have an appointment setup tomorrow for them to come out and perform routine maintenance on our HVAC unit.

It's definitely worth noting that you can pay for their services with a home depot credit card! If it wasn't for that, we would still be sweltering without A/C.

The salesperson was very detail-oriented and knowledgeable. We were impressed with his knowledge of the system and how he conducted himself. He measured and took pictures of everything having to do with the system, including the old units, size of the vents, thermostats, etc. He answered all our questions to our satisfactions. He was the main reason we selected the company. Prior to his visit, we have had salespersons from other companies who also gave us estimates, but none was as detail- oriented as Mr. Horton. We practically canceled other appointments that were scheduled for that day. The installation team was equally very good. They explained to us each step of the installation process. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. All four units were installed the same day.

The technician was very polite. He called to let me know he had picked up our toilet from Home Depot and was close to our home. He was very thorough. After installing the handle, it was not functioning properly and had one that worked appropriately. Also Home Depot had sold us a water supply hose that was not long enough and he was able to correct that as well. He went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. Thank you!

I have used Comfort Dynamics for about two years as most of the specialists I used retired. So I was looking for specialist that gave personal care and but most importantly being specialisst in their field. I have been very impressed with the quality of connection and follow up. I purchase 3 HVAC heatpumps and 2 hot water heaters. I have not been disappointed in the followup with their inspections and timeliness.

I love their technology program for their appointments. It keeps you informed as to steps to the appointment time and arrival time as well as info about your tecnician. . I love the intro to the technician and the picture they send that lets you verify he/she is the correct person who arrives at your home. This gives me the assurance that they value our security.

I highly recommend if you need quality care to the upkeep of your home infrastructure you can be assured of this when you select Comfort Dynamics

I cannot say enough positive things from the employees at Comfort Dynamics. We had to replace our upstairs unit on the week it was supposed to be in the teens. They came out and inspected our unit, broke the cost down by repair vs replace and took their time and walked us through it. They simply advised and never were pushy one way or the other. They came out the next day and had the new unit installed and working right before the extreme cold temperatures arrived. Very friendly, respectable and reliable. Could not ask for more!

This team of 4 - David, Joshua, Cayce and Casey is phenomenal. We were replacing two 20-year old Rheem systems, both in the attic. I honestly thought this was a two-day job, although we were told it would be a one-day job, but working as a team and with a process of everyone knowing what they are to do, they got it done! Because our systems are in the attic, I’m sure this made the job quite a challenge. We purchased the Bryant Evolution and love the many bells and whistles that come it. So far, we are extremely pleased, though I admit we have to learn and adjust to how a variable speed HVAC system works. The sales team, Michael and Shane, told us the systems are quiet, and that they are! We’re looking forward to seeing the difference in our energy bill.

Great customer service from beginning to end. When we were looking to replace our water heater, Comfort Dynamics was able to look at our needs and offered 2 solutions. They were the most affordable and prompt service provider. RJ Moore, technician, arrived on time and walked me through the process. He was quick and went through the features of our replacement water heater. Overall, very pleased.

The two technicians whom came out were unbelievably honest and most helpful. I highly recommend them for all your service needs. Thank you Joey and Ryan for restoring my faith in humanity...

Communication was excellent. Justin was on time. Very professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing to my husband. He pointed out things that need to be done in the future. We will definitely call and schedule later. Very good experience, highly recommend.

Call them out five days later they brought me the part I needed that weekend. We froze to death because the part was not just The only thing my unit needed so they came back out a week later said they can clean it out make it work but it’ll stop back up so we drove to Birmingham and told them that we wanted a new unit they bring out a new unit it doesn’t work I beg for a new one then I demand a different one so after they’ve spent roughly 16 hours trying to fix their broken new unit. They agreed to bring out a new unit again and yes that happened on a Friday. They are not 24 hours no matter what they tell you because they will not be out here until roughly Tuesday and guess what they’re broken new unit has stopped working thank God I had installed a small propane heater that cost me roughly $500 for everything then because propane companies can’t make it out here that quick and deliver us a tank. We are spending $27 a day for a small propane tank and now we were on three weeks with no heat so you can do the math on that one. I do not recommend this company and never will because they do not want to listen to customers.

Fantastic company. Josh is our tech, great guy, and was even willing to come out on the weekend when he wasn't working to fix something quick. These guys go above and beyond. Definitely will be sticking with them.

The technician was prompt , courteous, and very efficient. The total amount of time spent on the job was a lot less than I expected. I have already added this phone number to my contacts list. The next time I need plumbing work, I’ll have the number on hand.

We purchased a system under Coolray and were assured we would get the same service and coverage with comfort dynamics when the contract was purchased. They do not have 24/7 service, you can't get a manager to call you, and the problems we have are not solved when they come out the first time so expect multiple days of no heat. Extremely disappointed, but even more we are sitting at home with a new hvac system in a house dropping below 50 degrees with no heat- AGAIN for the second time in less than two weeks.

I purchased a toilet an installation from Home Depot and Comfort Dynamics is the company that they sent out to do the install. The installer left us with a wobbly new toilet with no water running to it. He turned the water off via the valve, but could not turn it back on. He claimed I would have to pay him an additional $325 to replace the valve (which costs $9 at Home Depot) in order to get the water flowing. After he left, I took a closer look, and part of the valve appears to be broken off. I would not recommend, nor will I purchase another installment plan from Home Depot.

This place was awesome from start to finish in every conceivable way. They called me the same day I requested an appointment and was able to install it only four days later. From the start, they provided me with a time frame as to when they would arrive. Before leaving, they called to tell me they were on the way and provided me with a link to track them so I knew exactly where they were. Upon arriving, Joey was super courteous and helpful. I was having my hot water heater replaced because of getting a walk-in tub. I wanted a tankless and he said it would be no problem to change over from a tank. Again on the day of install, he called when he was on the way. The install went flawlessly and quick. He took the time to explain everything and said if I ever have any concerns please give them a call.
Before calling Comfort Dynamics, I got a quote from another company for the exact same work and it was right at twice the amount. This is one time paying less did not come back to bite me. I definitely highly recommend Comfort Dynamics to anyone needing work done.

The level of professionalism we received from Comfort Dynamics was second to none. From the initial call to set up the appointment all the way thru the install of our new gas water heater, was great. A big thank you to our installer Joey. He was very kind, very professional and completed the installation process in a very timely manner. An artist in his craft!

Walter Lawson from Comfort Dynamics came out for our AC system not cooling properly. While I hated to hear the hard truth, the Truth is what it was. Also being very respectful and a great personality made the visit and conversation enjoyable. I’d recommend giving this outfit a try if and when you need their services.

We had new countertops installed and Spencer Jinks was the technician that come to the house to unhook the fixtures in our kitchen getting ready for new countertops to be installed. He also come back after the 24 hrs to reconnect everything and set up the new facets. He was excellent in his work and let us know what he was doing along the way and asked if we had any questions that he could answer for us about the work he completed. We were very pleased with him and the work he performed. Thank you!

My experience today with this Company was like a breath of fresh air! Mr. Eric came made an evaluation on what was needed. Came back less than half hour my pipe bursting was fixed. Thank God my water supply was restored. Very professional had all the tools to get the job done! Recommendation was was earned and deserved. Plus he gave me more tips on my situation. Appreciated the advice.

Joey was phenomenal. Messaged to let us know he was on his way, showed up when he said he would and knocked out the job quickly. He was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Took the time to explain the differences between our old water heater and the new one. Made sure everything was cleaned up before he left and did a fantastic job with the install. Highly recommended.
