Our A/C quit working. I called and they were there withing a couple of hours. They found the problem, then returned the next day with the parts and made the repairs. A reasonable price, and the unit is working great.

Our house was 93 degrees in the Alabama summer. My daughters had already had a long, tough night… and were feeling despondent, even desperate, about the next evening… as the weather was only getting hotter. And then, S-Tek arrived. Our system needed a new motherboard and there were other problems as well. It seemed like it would be many days before the needed parts could arrive. And then, they made a contact and said they’d come back later in the day if the part actually came in. And… it did… and they came back… and fixed all of the problems. Cool air began gushing out of the vents to celebratory singing and dancing by my daughters. S-Tek turned misery into sweet relief! And, they just happen to be among the kindest people you will ever meet. So, do I wholeheartedly recommend S-Tek? Absolutely… with zero reservations! Just one call to S-Tek… and your heating and air problems will soon be history! On a personal note, Thomas and Andre are “exemplars of excellence” in all facets of customer service.

Great service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly technician in Danny. I felt like he just wanted to help me and get my AC back working and not take advantage of me and just do the right thing for his customers. I will be using him going forward.

Thomas called me as soon as he got the msg that my air was out yesterday evening. He came at 7am today, found the problem and promised to be back as soon as he finished a job he'd started & could get my part, "should be by lunchtime".
