Had a great experience today with Andrew. He helped solve an issue with a closed damper and did the winter service check which included new filters. He also wiped down and cleaned the metal air return grill on the furnace. Very personable and helpful.

We have had to get several repairs done on A/C this summer to a new gas valve for our furnace this fall/winter. We also purchased the maintenance plan. This company and all the technicians we have had, have been nothing but great! I would recommend this company to our family and friends!!

Kalin, Josh, and Diego were exceptional at installing our new AC unit. They were efficient and very mindful of cleaning everything when they finished. I found Air Experts through a referral from a friend and had an AC unit leaking in my attic. I have to say this was the MOST professional HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They arrived on-time as promised. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem. Due to the complexity of the issue the technician had to call and have another tech assist. They were able to complete the project .
I was so impressed I signed up to have them service my unit bi-annually.

The team was great. They tried to help me diagnose the issue and fix before setting up an appointment to come out. Truly showed they cared. Michael and Brandon were great - you don’t find employees that service customers this well these days.

We had Air Experts come out about 6 months ago. The tech, Triston was by far one of the most professional and courteous people we’ve encountered! He is the very reason we signed up for a maintenance program with them. We trust him, he explained everything he did or we needed in great detail! This young man was amazing and as long as he works for them, they will have my business!! Absolutely one of the best HVAC people we’ve encountered have ever met!
