We signed up for a maintenance plan for piece of mind. Had Jaden McCrory from their team out to check on our system and install a new smart thermos. Such a nice guy and very professional. This is in reference to the driver who felt it was ok to do 80 in a merge lane, drive through the end of the lane onto the shoulder. Then, swerve into stop and go traffic.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kevin and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My air conditioner was malfunctioning he arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue.

Tristan, Logan and Kalin were amazing. From the quick diagnosis (next morning) to the professional and timely install, Expert Air took care of our HVAC needs!

Can’t say enough good things about these guys! Called them at 8am this morning about my AC being out and within half an hour Brandon and Tristan were out here getting it fixed. Really nice and knowledgeable guys, quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Looking forward to continuing maintenance with them! 10/10 would recommend!

I received a flyer from Air Experts in the mail. Reached out and after a brief discussion set up an appointment for service of our 3 units in the Chelsea area. I was pleasantly surprised that the tech (Justin) spent the time and went over each unit in a very meticulous manner, cleaned each unit (inside and out), and blew out the drain lines. When he finished servicing each unit, Justin gave a me the findings for each unit. He also discussed options for the oldest unit, when it comes time to replace. We elected to purchase the service membership, $500 a year for 2 services a year for each unit. There are other perks for being a member, such as a % off of parts and discount when buying a unit. Plus, they offer a military discount. Glad we found them and would recommend them for anyone's heating and/or cooling needs in Chelsea and surrounding areas.

Drew was absolutely amazing! He explained everything well and fixed both our units swiftly.

My usual HVAC company went out of business, so I went to BBB and Air Experts was highly rated.

I can see why. Appointment setup was quick and easy. The tech (Tristan) was friendly, he thoroughly checked the system, explained everything to my level of understanding, and detailed my options. Great service at a great price, would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Logan and Kaylin (sorry if that’s misspelled!) came out and put in a new AC unit after getting us a quote by Tristan? Sorry bad with names but we got a quote and the entire project done in like three days. Unit looks good and it’s nice to have cool air again. Would definitely recommend! They even brought up my amazon package (it was heavy). Thank you!
