Preston came to our home to check our furnace before the winter season. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Our service was part of a maintenance contract. Our cost is $17/month.

Aaron not only did good work, he explained things well, completed work in a timely manner, and was very friendly.

I had high hopes for this company being that the reviews were excellent and I’d heard great things. The technician CHASE COOK was sent out to my home twice. We were sold an air purifier when we didn’t need 1. Both of his diagnosis for our system were incorrect. Another company temporarily fixed what he messed up, but he later came and furthered the damage he’d already caused. He also wrote up the request incorrectly which financially put my husband and I in a bind and delayed the progress with fixing our system. I really wish I had a better outcome with the and I hate that my experience with this 1 technician has ruined my view of the company. I’ve attached a photo for proof. The blue light on the 1st photo proves it’s on but there should a blue light shown on each photo proving it’s working.

Technician Colby arrived in a timely manner. He informed us of the status of the duct work and a few options we may use. He was polite and knowledgeable.

Autumn Air was very wonderful and communication hundred percent transparent. Preston did a fantastic job an was open an honest with the issue regarding the unit part replacing with the air conditioner.

We had them come out, they were prompt with getting there. We got quotes for repair and replacement. We decided on replacing due to the age of our unit. We also had to have new ducts ran as well as registers cut to be larger in our hardwoods to accommodate the airflow needs. The guy that did the sales side was top notch and extremely professional. That being said there was an error made when cutting one of our register holes larger in our hardwoods. They didn’t check the joist location before cutting and ended up cutting right on top of one. The repair took weeks to get done and it does not look good nor was it correct. They replaced the piece of wood but didn’t even it out or put clear on it. It literally has a lip from where it wasn’t sanded at all. This after weeks of back and forth to get it repaired. Also we paid for register covers for the new size and they ordered us wall covers which do not hold up under being walked on. They are all caving in from normal foot traffic. I said this to the manager and he said they aren’t replacing them. I will say the ac unit works great. It should for the money spent.

My advice is do not release the funds before you are happy with the work. I will be paying out of pocket to have the floor fixed correctly as well as buying new register covers for the main area again.

Wonderful help. Repaired my system quickly. Jaden helped me out very much. Covered under warranty that was just recently expired. Appreciate him very much. Highly recommend.

Autumn Air’s service technicians are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I have several HVAC systems and Autumn Air puts my mind as ease knowing any issue will be resolved and reasonably priced.

Autumn Air does such good work, I’m making plans to have them service some plumbing needs as well…flush hot water heater, replace shutoff valves, and such.

I’m also considering a surge protector for the entire house.
