Generac standby would crank but not run ,Kyle came out and got it going explaining the problem and advising that
From the age of my unit a replacement may be the next step, He did put in for my request for a qoute on a replacement I will follow up after get a estimate and we will see how Capital matches up.
But as far as my take on the repair and the service call I'd say top notch and give em a shot if you need some help

Capital Comfort Services is and has been our company for HVAC system maintenance and repairs. Even others in our family contact Capital for their HVAC systems. Cody, the technician, arrived today for scheduled winter time service on the heater. He was friendly, professional and asked questions about the system since the last scheduled maintenance. Cody was very knowledgeable and relayed the information from the status check where a part was needed for the heater. Thank You! I appreciate the matter-of-fact, let’s see what going on analysis to make sure of an optimally running system for our home.

We used Capital Comfort for the first time to service our HVAC units and perform a minor repair job on one unit. Our technician, Conner, was great. He was very polite and worked efficiently to determine and repair our HVAC issue. Will definitely use them again!

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. My generator is older and on its last leg, and Kyle was kind enough to walk me through the process for when I will need to replace the entire unit. I received a text to let me know he was on the way, which is appreciated.

Everyone on the installation team was great. They were knowledgeable and the kind of people you would want to hang out with on a Saturday afternoon. They explained everything they were going to do and what they did. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to do my generator installation and upgrade to my outside service and inside breaker box. On the final visit, Kyle was very personable, friendly, and helpful. He explained everything about the generator and covered any potential issues that might arise. He helped with the app set up and connecting to my wifi. When he was finished, I had no questions and felt very confident about the generator.

We hired Capital to install a Generac generator and could not be happier with the entire experience. Every person that we encountered at Capital, from the office staff that scheduled appointments and installation, to the owner and all of the service people, was professional and very friendly. They were on time every time we had a meeting. They did exactly what they said they would do. We had one other company come out to quote the job and there was a noticeable difference in the knowledge base and consequently my confidence in their respective abilities to do the job correctly.

I would highly recommend capital if you are considering installation of a generator. Very pleased with the entire process.

Clay and the team at Brown Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing have always been wonderful to work with. They originally installed our HVAC unit about seven years ago, and recently came back out during some renovations to make sure everything was put back in the right place. His name was kevin and when I tell you he was very professional , very understanding and very kind , he took the time to take pictures of under my home and show me exactly what was wrong. And I like that because a lot of people, you just can't trust, but when they take pictures and show you, then you can't argue with them and you can't doubt them.I truly like this company.And I will recommend them to anyone.
