They are family-owned, providing white-glove service at a competitive price. Technicians not commissioned which I thought was wonderful. Took the pressure out of the experience and knew I was getting the right advice. Tommy and Kurtis recommended a solution that meant less revenue for them today, knowing they've earned a loyal customer for the future. Greatly appreciate the way they do business. Kurtis was knowledgeable and professional. Love the energy he brings to the job.

Capital Comfort came to our home and installed a whole house generator. The team arrived on time and took great care of our property while they were here. They coordinated everything with the city, gas company and electric company.
I would definitely recommend them as they were extremely professional.

Updated information: Capital Comfort and I talked over the one issue and to their credit they took ownership of the small issue and we worked together on a simple resolution. I appreciate their quick handling of the issue and their pledge to re-train the teams to hopefully prevent this issue with anyone else in the future

Generator installation went very smoothly and passed inspection with no issues. A little surprised at the lack of follow up to make sure everything went well and apparently the last installation guy didn’t report back that they scorched a small patch of our grass with their portable generator. Most important part is good though. The generator is up and running
