I have used Capital services for Air Conditioning and generator installation and service for decades, but this is the first time I’ve tried their electrical unit. Could not be happier. Eric showed up exactly on time, Quickly diagnosed a dangerous issue we had that needed attention from the power company. He called them, laid out our issue, within 30 minutes a power company truck was here. Like I said, could not be happier with the service, or more grateful to Eric. This will not be the last time I use their electrical service.

Many other contractors who have visited my home have even commented on the quality of the equipment and the work. The equipment they installed 5 years ago continues to perform flawlessly, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you again, y'all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY. They cannot explain the breakdown of their quotes for labor and charge whatever they like. We were quoted $480 an hour in labor for a job. The technician and VP could not properly explain how that amount was calculated.

If you want to believe the other reviews, be sure to ask for a detailed breakdown of the quote before moving forward.

If you want someone to say "trust me" we do business ethically while simultaneously over charging you, this may be the company for you. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had Capital out to my dad’s home for an emergency HVAC issue. There was flowing water in the garage, the plenum was caved in/restricted and the drain was stopped up. I called & spoke with the nice ladies in the office & they got me scheduled same day! Kyle came out & went above and beyond. He vacuumed 15 gallons of water, cleared the drain, cleaned the coil, repaired the plenum and changed the filter while on site. It was fair & transparent pricing, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. Very professional company with highly skilled technicians. If you need HVAC, generator or electrical diagnosis, service or installation, I highly recommend Capital!

Capital has been amazing! Our Generac was ordered and installed promptly, AND they offered very competitive pricing. Capital handled all inspections and coordinated with Alabama Power and Spire to ensure everything was seamless. They communicated information about each technicians that would be out. I wish all vendors/providers were like Capital - Amazing is an understatement!

Another excellent experience! This was a scheduled heating system maintenance. The office called and scheduled this on the day and time of my choosing. The technician arrived on schedule. I received a text with a photo of the technician and an explanation of the services before he came. He had a company uniform with his name and and a company van. I recognized him from a previous time here. He serviced and ran the upstairs and downstairs heating systems. He wore shoe covers when he came into the house. He replaced the needed heating filters. He was very professional. He immediately prepared an invoice on his iPad. He used a credit card reader to process my payment. He thanked me for using Capital Comfort Services. He said if I had any problem to please call. I received a text from the office verifying my satisfaction with the service. This is a very typical service call from Capital. I highly recommend Capital Comfort Services. They also do my cooling system, my electrical work, and my generator services.

Kyle was so wonderful! He was thorough when diagnosing the issue with my generator and so patient in answering all of my questions and explaining repair options.

All Capital Comfort Services technicians, Kurtis, Trent and Luke, that installed our new Trane heat pump system were a pleasure to have in our home. They arrived at the promised 7:30am time, explained the installation process, placed drop cloths over the floors and stairs and went to work.
