The Airloc team is extremely professional, and does great work. We called when our attic unit had a leak. They were quick to respond. Scott and his team came out and assessed the situation. Airloc helped us fix an extremely tricky issue with our whole home dehumidifier. I kid you not, we had techs from other companies come out 15 times, we called the manufacturer, had multiple parts replaced under warranty, it was a mess. No one could figure it out. After working on it every few weeks for a year and getting nowhere, it was just getting to be a joke how bad it was. But then someone told me about Scott with Airloc. He came out, got in the weeds with it, did some serious sleuthing, and got to the bottom of the issue. He charged us a fair price and he took a big thing off my plate. Very grateful for him and his company.

I was made aware of Airloc’s business through a close friend who had their hvac serviced by them. Moses and another technician came out to replace my outdoor unit. They were polite and respectful and did the job without leaving a mess. Airlocs prices also beat others I called who would’ve done less work for way more.

All in all I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone.

Scott with Airloc is amazing! I Do and would HIGHLY recommend his services to friends in this area and to anyone reading my review. He was able to come out the same day I called to give me an estimate. He also explained all the details of the installation and financial aspects that I was concerned about which put my mind at ease. I knew right away that we were in good hands! On day two he called and within 3-5 minutes we worked out the financing and on day three installation! Scott really goes above and beyond with great service. Even when faced with old wiring issues in my home for the new thermostat he stayed longer than planned to finish the job. Before Airloc we used to be on with Brown’s and when we got our quotes from them they were ludacris (not even for the top of the line system) and definitely trying to take advantage of us, warning us that we only had a few days to make our decision or loose the “loyal customer discount”. Airloc’s prices are on point (even for the top of the line). They are honest, fair and choosing them for my heating and cooling needs was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I consistently get really good service and recommendations from Scott Scroggins! I recommend him to all my clients as well as make sure he takes care of my personal properties. He helped us on a holiday most recently when our air conditioning went out!

Scott came by and checked out our a/c unit and quickly discovered that we had a blown fan motor. He was able to communicate with the home warranty company to get approval and quickly got a new motor installed within a few hours. Very efficient and professional service. Highly recommend!

Scott came shortly after the initial call. Within minutes he was finished looking over our existing units, gave advice on the what our issue was, and is working up estimates on new units (ours are over 20 years old!). Very professional and knowledgeable. He came highly recommended from a trusted source and I'm very thankful we called.

Airloc is the best A/C and Heating repair company in the business. But not just repairs, they are also experts at installing new heating and cooling systems. And one can know it will be done to perfection. Scott is the owner and he is great to work with. Scott’s son does most of our work. It is so refreshing to see young men that are clean cut, never using profanity or smoking and always respectful. And their prices are reasonable. But the most important thing: they do it right. I’ve used Airloc for several years and will continue.

Scott our technician went above and beyond to assist us when our AC quit working this week. He came out the same day we put in a request, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly communicated about what needed to happen for a repair as well as how long it might be before they could do it. He returned the next afternoon and we had cold air again in almost no time!

He was personable, professional, clear in communication and very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!

UPDATE JULY 2023 - First AC and heating system were still going strong, but we moved into another house and had to replace one of its two heat/air units. Extra challenging as it included a water-based Aquatherm heat exchanger for the winter use. Airloc was in and out in a day, with zero problems as of a few weeks later. Also, Scott helped me limp the old system along a few weeks while we unsuccessfully tried to get American Home Shield to live up to at least part of our home warranty. Too hot to wait another month on AHS, but Airloc pricing was fair and quality of installation top notch.
November 2020 review - Scott worked up all the estimates I requested for conventional and heat pump units. Airloc installed the complete replacement conventional Trane gas furnace and air conditioning components, even the blower all for less than the "Big Boys" around Birmingham. Two months on, have used both the heat and A/C a few times each with excellent results. Electric and gas bills have come way down. Highest recommendation on all counts.

AirLoc's Scott Scroggins and his son installed a new AC and heating unit at my home earlier this year. He was recommended to me by someone else who was doing some other work at my house. Scott is a very professional nice honest, Christian Man. Scott knew exactly what he was doing. I had to call Scott on a occasion or two after the work was completed. Scott called me right back and took care of the minor issue. I am very happy he was recommended to me. I definitely will recommend Scott and AirLoc to anyone who needs AC/Heating work done. I gave 5 stars because he didn't deserve anything less. Great Job!!!
