Steve is a great guy. He came out the morning after I called him. He listened to what my concerns were and communicated what his procedure was. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back up and running immediately. Very fair priced and professional service.

I am beyond grateful for this company and the work they did for us. I had a newborn and it was the dead of winter and we found out all our duct work needed to be replaced in our crawlspace so our heat would work properly. They came the next day and worked until long after dark and after hours because they didn’t want to displace us or leave us without heat because of our new baby. We were so touched that they worked so hard to do that for our family. They did great quality work for a reasonable price, we’re so professional and timely. We can feel a world of difference in the temperature of our home. They are coming back to check and clean our ductwork a couple of weeks later which is unlike most companies. We are so impressed and couldn’t recommend them more!

I have been a Casper custoner for several years.
Maintenance/cleaning appointments are scheduled at times that are convenient for me. Jeff is thorough and takes time to explain the services he provides in terms I understand. He also gives tips on things I can do to extend the life of the unit. Jeff and Steve are very customer focused and promptly respond to calls and messages. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend Casper Heating and Cooling.

Jeff arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable of our HVAC system. He showed me through the system and was great at explaining what each portion did and what he inspected. Very courteous. Highly recommend as he found a problem with fresh air flexible duct, air handler condensate drain pain, and heat recovery unit fresh air filter.

We recently used Casper Heating and Cooling after working with several other companies in the past. Steve was very helpful addressing our concerns and this has been the best experience we’ve had with HVAC work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and Jeff the lead technician was one of the nicest people you will meet. He took extra time each visit to explain the work being done and why it was important. I highly recommend Casper and we will be using them as our HVAC partner going forward.

I never, ever write reviews, but Steve and Jeff at Casper Heating and Cooling are amazing. We bought a house which turned out to have HVAC from 1993, with black mold growing up into the ducts. They cut the moldy parts out and custom fit the new Trane HVAC to the clean part of the ducts. They installed a Trane control for the old HVAC and rewired the house so we could use an Ecobee on the 2nd floor HVAC. The air was instantly better. They were on time, kind, personable, and easy to work with, even for someone with very little knowledge of HVAC. Steve is great at explaining things, and the prices seemed fair. They really worked hard over the 4th of July weekend. They have given us peace of mind that the air we breathe in our new home is clean, energy efficient, and the right temperature.

Steve responded quickly to our issue and gave us a great deal. I appreciate how he gave us great recommendations on our situation and didn't try to "up sell" us. We will definitely call them again!

Steve at Casper is great to work with. He always responds immediately to a text or phone call. I sent him a text on Saturday evening that my air was out and he was there to repair it on Sunday morning.

Steve Sewani and Jeff worked all day in this heat to put in a new AC unit for our home. They were very helpful to point out problems that I had with my old unit. They cleaned my floors and put everything back in place before leaving. I have the utmost trust with this company.
