My AC has not been functioning for weeks and causing a lot of trouble. First I brought in a different company to fix the issue and they could not figure it out. Then I called Casper. Steve came out the same day and fixed the issue, and they were very professional.

I cannot say enough about Casper Heating and Cooling! I reached out with an unknown issue and got same day service. After assessment, it was determined we needed additional assistance and Steve didn’t hesitate to give us further contacts. Once the issue was identified, Casper HVAC worked us in and came back out within a week of calling to repair our unit. Steve went above and beyond to help us and I am certain he will be our go to HVAC guy for years to come!

Jeff arrived on time and was very thorough. We appreciated all the recommendations on how to keep our HVAC in tip top shape. He was so honest and genuine and we look forward to continuing to use Caper Heating And Cooling.

Casper has been amazing, truly living up to their tagline “We’re not comfortable until you are.” Steve has been very quick to respond when our hvac unit had an issue. He even came back the very next day to install a Nest thermostat we had to replace free of charge to make sure it is installed correctly. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Techician came to check system. I had cool air coming out of vent when heating system was on. Jeff checked the system and
Answered questions about cool air coming out of vent but no heat in one of my bedrooms when heating system was on. He explained why it was happening and gave me suggestions for solving the problem. He let me know about the cost and what would need to be done to fix it. As usual Jeff was
