Spencer impressed me with his knowledge, maturity, and communication skills. He performed the Fall Blue Chip maintenance on my furnace and quickly diagnosed and resolved a problem with the unit.

I cannot say enough good things about Standard! They are great. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to get us back up and running the day he came out which was excellent with the index as high as it is. The office staff was very friendly and got us on the schedule the next day. We were very pleased with our experience with them and will definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future.

We have been customers with Standard for at least 10 years in our last 3 homes. We’ve been blue chip members (yearly maintenance plan) and have typically received excellent service with knowledgeable technicians and fast service. Unfortunately, our last experience and current experience have not lived up the standard we’ve experienced in the past. We had about $1k in repairs done on our AC last month. The system went out again yesterday. I managed to make an appointment online for today (Sunday) but my partner called to see if we could be seen same day. They told my partner they could not come same day which was understandable since it was late in the day. I received a confirmation text and email for today (Sunday) but when a technician did not show during our time slot, I called. The representative said that there was no one available to come see us today because of multiple emergencies this AM. This was odd because we called with an emergency last night. The representative said it would have to wait until Monday. The representative was not apologetic or sensitive to our needs (we have a 7 month old and can’t ‘tough’ out another 24 hours without AC) This was extremely frustrating as there was no attempt to address our problem that Standard “fixed” a month ago but has since broken.

Sent a kid to my house who talked my ear off. Tried to convince me that I needed a whole new unit for 13-22k. Called another tech out, he diagnosed my issue in 10 min. $140

Brandon was great. Very professional and honest. The company communicates well and takes care of the customer before, during and after the service.

I had a great plumbing service today from Mark of Standard Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Mark checked all my plumbing and repaired 2 toilet systems. He is a very detailed and careful person that finds a solution to any problem. In particular, he understood what caused a small leak appearing from time to time in the ceiling of my ground floor. I have had that leak for over 15 years, but none of plumbers whose services I used before were able to explain from what particular plumbing fixture that leak came.
Mark leaves his repair sites clean and in a perfect order, no debris or dirt is left anywhere. Thank you, Mark! I will call you soon to replace that faucet in the kitchen and a shower head in the master bathroom, just as you suggested :).

Standard Heating & Air is the only company my wife and I have used for plumbing and HVAC work since at least 2010, for both large and small projects. This most recent job was replacing a kitchen sink, disposal and kitchen faucet in my mom’s condominium. Brad Casey and an apprentice did an excellent job. It was not a simple project, and they really went above and beyond to make sure it was done perfectly. We are very pleased with it. Chris Humphries at Standard was also very helpful in looking at it before hand and discussing the replacements. The photos show the before and after (the stainless steel sink is the before photo).

I called on a Sunday when my heat went out and a technician called me back within an hour and talked me through a restart procedure that worked. Then on the following day another technician came by and corrected the problem that precipitated the shutdown. They were great!

Mike did a great job today! I we had a leak underground and he told us how the pressure of the earth caused stress on the pipe as it entered our concrete foundation. He took his time and explained what measures he took to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate his professionalism and timeliness. Would recommend.

Chase, the service tech, was awesome. Very friendly, professional, explained everything he needed to replace, and very knowledgeable about my A/C unit. He recommended possible future repairs, with no pressure to make an immediate decision. Price for the repairs was about what i had expected. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Chase!

Standard always goes above and beyond to ensure that all equipment is well maintained. Stuart was the tech that performed our maintenance. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough with the inspection/maintenance process. I will always call Standard for any AC/ generator/ dehumidifier related issues.

Jason was very knowledgeable and informative during the replacement of our hot water heater. Update 1/26 Since they did such a great job on the hot water heater, we had come out and inspect the furnace. Seth was polite and didn't up sale.

I had a very bad plumbing issue that needed to be diagnosed by camera. They came out, figured it out, and told me what needed to be done. The guys were professional, very nice, and knowledgeable.
