Chase (AC technician) and Jason (plumbing technician) came to my home for my annual check-up, and I was impressed by their professionalism from the start. Both took the time to clearly explain what their inspections would involve, which helped me feel informed and at ease. They were courteous, respectful of my space, and worked effectively and efficiently. It’s reassuring to have technicians who not only know their craft but also communicate with care. Serviceman was Spencer Crane. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He was also determined to explain the problem and the fix in language that I understood, and he provided detailed options for improving our HVAC services. I was quite pleased with Standard’s response to our call.

Granted they haven’t done the work yet — I’ll come back with another review BUT the estimate and talking through what’s going to get done made me feel very comfortable with the plan. Very honest and willing to answer any and all questions I might have.

We could not speak more highly of Standard! When we called and explained our heat was coming in and out with a newborn and toddler, Kenetra had Spencer to our house within three hours. He was professional, patient, and courteous. He had to come back out to fix our other heater four days later and was once again incredibly helpful and efficient. We were so impressed that we signed up for the yearly membership! Grateful to have this wonderful resource in our community.

Matt has by far been the most professional and helpful person I have used since I moved to Bluff Park 16 years ago. He is dependable and someone I have grown to trust throughout the years. I called Mauldin Heating and Air when my unit started making an unusual sound and my husband said oh that’s not good. The next morning I noticed my house was getting warmer. I called another local guy that said your unit is 15 years old. I can quote you a new one. I hung up and called Mauldin and he said he would come look at it. He was at my house within an hour, very professional, funny, and fixed my unit and checked it over and I’m happy to say… he told me my unit was in good shape and had the part with him and I felt that he charged me a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend calling Matthew. It was a pleasure doing business with him and he will be who I call when I need my unit replaced.

When we were selling our home 5 years ago, Mr. Mauldin performed a complete service and cleaning of our older system. We were thoroughly pleased with his work! This was a much, much older system, and he always kept it running at its best. Anyone could have just told us that we needed to ditch the system for a newer one. Instead, he replaced parts as necessary and his work was excellent and quick. We really appreciated his honesty.

Matthew did an awesome job for me. He came out to evaluate a system that had been totally installed wrong and talked me through the issues. He conducted a thorough inspection on the house and gave me a concise estimate for replacement of two A/C units and one heating unit and different options for each. We scheduled replacement of the units in order of urgency and he replaced all as agreed and in a very timely manner. Matthew is very professional and personable and takes time to explain what he did and how it works and also filed the warranties for me. I highly recommend Matthew for any HVAC needs.

After waiting a month without AC for Myers Comfort Specialist to come out and fix our unit, I found Mauldin and so grateful I did. He came to our house the day after I called him, diagnosed the problem, went to buy the parts, and came back to fix it. All in one day! Super guy and went over and above to fix my issues.
