My air conditioner compressor died on an old unit. I am moving soon and Matthew tried his best to get it to work with a replacement part but ultimately, I needed a whole new ac system. He was able to replace this quickly and for a very fair price. He is timely, kind and professional. I would highly recommend Mauldin Heating and Air, and would call Matthew again for any ac or furnace needs!

Steve worked us into Friday afternoon’s schedule, showed up on time and was super professional. Both our units were running hot at 90 degrees because we wired the Nest Thermostats wrong causing capacitors to burn out. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the wiring, replaced capacitors and got us back under 70 degrees in an hour’s time. Absolutely thankful. Signed up for an annual maintenance plan immediately after seeing the work. Grateful. Thank you.
