I found scheduling a service to be an ease (they worked me in first thing on a Saturday morning). The technician was on time and professional in performance and appearance. He identified the issue quickly and kept me informed to what the issue and his solutions were. Service completed within 45 minutes - I am pleased with Airlock and will be using them in the future.

Our A/C went out on Sunday morning. We called Airloc Monday morning and they came out the same day, had it repaired before dark. Great price, great service! Couldn’t ask for more. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I would highly recommend Airloc. We bought a new HVAC unit a few months ago at a great price. They even helped us finance it. Scott and his associate were professional, friendly, and quick. Today, the air conditioner went out (7 months pregnant in the middle of July! 😩). I sent Scott a text and he was at my house within the house. He is so great!!

Fantastic experience after a chilly day. We woke up to no heat in our home and a cranky cold child. They were incredibly responsive, arriving only an hour after our property management initially contacted them. They identified the problem quickly and came back out the same day and fixed it knowing I have a small child that would be coming home after school. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Our AC stopped working properly, because of an leaky evaporator coil. We decided to replace both the coil and the outiside condenser unit. Airloc's estimate did beat the competition by several hundred dollars. The installation was timely, clean and professional. Communication with Scott, the owner, was quick and easy. And, the newly installed coil and condenser work like a charm.

My heater was blowing cold air. Airloc came over and first thought the problem was going to retire m require an expensive piece. However, after systemically checking and double-checking, they were able to get it up and working without the piece. I appreciate their comprehensive analysis and honesty.

Scott's dedication to service and treat his customers like they are his family is so apparent in every aspect of the process. Scott took the time to review our building plans for finishing a basement, taking additional measurements, spending time in the space and then making multiple recommendations to allow us to make the best decision for our family and for our needs. Then during the installation process, he let us know when he will be working on which aspect of the installation. When an instance comes up that requires him to get additional fittings, he let us know what he needed and when he would be back to finish up - and he followed through and finished ahead of his initial schedule! Airlock had finished installation of our two other units during the construction phase of our home when the contractor's HVAC guys did not show up - even though it wasn't the manufacturer he represents! He has always been diligent and honest in all the work he has done for our family. We would give Scott and Airlock more than 5 stars if Google gave us that option! We will be using Airlock for years to come for regular maintenance and system upgrades. Thanks again for a fantastic job! The robotics team especially thanks you!!

Wonderful service! Our air went out on Friday night at 7pm. It’s a holiday weekend and I just knew it would be Tuesday before someone could get out. It’s also getting close to 100 this weekend. I was truly devastated at what this meant for my weekend!

Scott got in touch immediately and I filled him in on what was happening. He felt like he knew what it was, and said he would be out around 1pm. He ended up being able to come at 10:30 am - Praise Jesus! He ran and got a part after confirming what it was and had the air back on by 1pm.

I’ve used some of the other HVAC folks in town but never had prompt and responsive service like this. I would recommend him to anyone!
