I appreciate Brown/Skelton HVAC for hiring trustworthy employees. Before I used to feel like every HVAC company I used would try and upsell me products I didn’t need. With these guys I can count getting the straight scoop on what my systems really need to stay in tiptop condition.
Kudos to management for valuing repeat customers over quick unnecessarily one time sales.

We had another issue come up about a week after our first one. They prioritize us and showed up within about an hour of our call. Matt is always extremely professional and he does a wonderful job making sure you understand exactly what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He covered all the bases. Give this guy a raise!

A water leak sprang up in my main water service line, which runs from my meter at the street straight along my driveway almost 50 feet, to my house. I had already used a leak detection service to locate the leak, so I called Brown/Skelton's group for a repair.

Kevin came out within just a few days and estimated about $500 to dig it up, clean up the pipe, and permanently repair and rebury it. When he got down to it, he found out my line was run back in 1980 with the old-style, brittle black plastic pipe that isn't really repairable, especially under 150 psi of water pressure all day. So, what he did was to wrap a split section of rubber hose around it like a sleeve, then *carefully* clamp that to the pipe on either side of the leak. He did all this probably over the course of about 4 hours, as it was getting colder outside (winter), AND completely replaced my external faucet near where the water service line connects, which had just been getting worse and worse at actually turning off, resulting in a heavily leaking faucet in sub-freezing temps.

Kevin did all that, and because he wasn't able to permanently repair my pipe, knocked the cost down to under $300 for all of it. Very reasonable. He also was extraordinarily patient with both me and my wife as we asked a ton of noobie questions about everything so that we could make the best decisions, and I never ever felt like he was trying to sell me anything or to do anything other than fix whatever he could and inform us on whatever we wanted to know.

I would definitely use this service again when needed!

Got here on time, figured out my issue in less than 30 mins, affordable, and they seem honest and chill. All my boxes are checked! I think I've got a new go-to for heating cooling n plumbing.

Couldn’t recommend Mike enough! We had a gas leak and sought quotes from multiple companies. Mike was the best price and seemed the most knowledgeable. He was efficient, friendly and did an amazing job coordinating the city inspection and keeping us updated along the way. He will be our new go to plumber from now on.

Kevin was our technician. He was efficient and quickly identified the problem and offered different options for the repair. I liked them so much I signed up for a maintenance contract as my ac units are pretty old.

Jordan was wonderful! He kept me up to date on his arrival time and even though he couldn’t do the work that I needed he tried his best to help me and gave me some great ideas. I will definitely call them again in the future!

Brown/Skelton AC & Plumbing, Trevor Kennedy was the best. He fixed our shower drain issue in no time. In the future if we have any plumbing problems I will request Trevor Kennedy to serve us again.

Great work, very happy with it all and how much thought they gave to it all. We had to replumb due to slab leak. We had the bathroom redone with taller toilet and walk in shower and new vanity and a new dw and hot water heater installed. They worked with us on it all and peace of mind was to covered they go beyond when they need to. Will be having them do some more work in the future they are on my to call list!

We worked with Brandon Helmly, and he was fantastic. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful for us as first-time home buyers. HVAC and thermostat needed repairs. He was able to identify the issues quickly. He explained everything clearly and took care of every issue that came up. Highly recommend him!

Jordan was great! Fast, professional, and very informative! He got everything done within a couple of hours! Very friendly and easy to work with! I signed up with their program giving me annual maintenance with my HVAC system!

Two crews came out. Put in a new unit for the whole house and a split unit for the bonus room. Great work. Very professional and polite. Cleaned up afterwards. Installed in under a day too! Explained everything to us. Awesome job guys!!!!!

Cody came to diagnose a problem with our furnace. He was very informative, explained all the options Brown could provide, after inspecting the furnace and AC units. We decided to replace the furnace and do repairs on the AC. We felt like he gave good advice and we were confident in our decision after he explained everything. He was very thorough and professional. I would recommend Brown based on our initial experience with Cody.

In the recent past I have not had good experience dealing with any type of service.But everyone i spoke to at Skeltons heating cooling and plumbing were very helpful especially Robby he was polite explained everything in detail the whole experience was 5 star. Had a leak on my water heater. Called the office and set up an appointment for 4 o clock. I was planning on getting a couple of quotes, however the speed and professionalism earned my business. Probably could have found a cheaper option, but they were very fair in their pricing. They were able to come much sooner. Kevin did a great job of assessing the problem and giving me a few options. He offered to fix only the part that was broken instead of trying to push me to a whole new unit. Which I really appreciated! I knew the unit was near the end of its lifespan so asked how much and how quickly he could replace the unit. He had the entire unit switched out by lunch time. You want a professional and courteous company give them a call!

Derek Perkins with Skelton’s Heating, Cooling Plumbing provided the most outstanding service . He was very knowledgeable, thorough and made sure that I got the best bang for my money. I will provide another review after my equipment has been installed . He did an awesome job getting me ready for my installation.

Now that my new unit has been installed as of yesterday July 3, 2024. My air is nice and cold just how I like it. The installers Jason, Dakota & JB arrived on time as scheduled . They were very professional and provided the most impeccable service from the time they arrived until they left my home . They were all courteous and very knowledgeable. They made sure the heat and the air was working before they left . Jason walked me through setting up my digital thermostat on my phone as well as walked me through how to work it. Last but not least they cleaned up my attic and home , there was no damage to anything .I would highly recommend this company to family and friends .

5 days later air still working and I am a happy Customer. Please keep up the good work

Trevor Kennedy was very kind, professional, and explained everything to me so I would understand what he had found. He helped me figure out what was best for me. I appreciated his work ethic and knowledge. I'm so glad he was the man Brown sent out to me!

Our AC blower motor died recently. I called Brown heating and cooling around 8AM and spoke with Dan, he was very polite and professional and had us on the schedule within a few minutes. The technician, Brandon, called us about an hour later (a little earlier than scheduled which was great for us) and was at our house shortly after. Brandon was also very polite, professional, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions we had. He diagnosed the issue quickly and then took the time to check if our unit was still under warranty. Luckily it was which saved us several thousand dollars since our home has a high efficiency/complex HVAC system. He was also able to get the part that we needed picked up from one of their warehouses and installed within an hour or two, and it’s been working great so far! We had a great all around experience working with Brown.
