Jason, Hayden, Jonathan and Landon are excellent at what they do. Landon came out on Saturday- yes Saturday- to check on my Aunt's unit that had quit working. He never tried to sell bus anything, just gave me the news, to which we decided to go ahead and replace. Jonathan gave us a good price, thankfully, and by Tuesday, just after lunch, Jason and Hayden had us up and running! Very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

My old unit was installed rather shabby in my attic. Note this was a 30 year old unit and I've lived in the house for 10. Trent went to the local hardware store and brought back extra plywood so the new unit had a good base(old unit sat on beams). I consider that going above and beyond. Great service! Thank you, Trent!

The after hours phone support, the scheduler, and the technician—the team at Brown Heating and Cooling took awesome care of us. Landen provided excellent customer service and helped ensure home heating system was working properly before major winter storm. He arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about heating systems. I would highly recommend him and company if in need of heating/cooling maintenance and/or repairs.

Brown HVAC, DBA: Skelton’s was quick to respond to both the estimate/diagnosis and when we decided to install a new furnace they scheduled us after hours directly with the estimator and the install crew was at our house the next morning (in the middle of a winter cold snap). My only feedback for improvement would be to help us understand the local building codes and how higher efficiency furnaces can be vented out if the home using PVC rather than using the traditional chimney venting. Very positive experiment and they have financing options with two different banks.

Mike was a total professional and yet pleasant to talk with. His expertise in plumbing provided a safe and code worthy repair. He explained everything in terms I could understand. I completely recommend Mike to anyone who wants plumbing done right the first time. Thanks Mike

Robby with Skeltons Plumbing was exceptional! He arrived early and gave my client a quick and fair estimate. I will definitely be referring him to future clients.

Trevor was able to fix the blockage in my sink and did so in a reasonable time! He also gave me some tips on how to keep my pipes clear. He was great to work with and while I hope I don't have anymore plumbing issues in the near future, if I do, I hope to get Trevor again!

They came quickly and recommended a solution to the plumbing problem. Another plumber came out the same day and repaired and replaced leaking hot water lines and expansion tank. He even for no charge found another area pipe that was going bad and replaced it. The price was very expensive, but well done and excellent people working for the company. Hi Tracy, honesty integrity of the two individuals that I met. The plumber was excellent and professional.

Trent and his teammate were very efficient, very knowledgeable, and fixed our problem within several hours. We are very happy with Trent and Brown heating and cooling. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also like the way they kept us informed via text.

When we called with an issue they were able to get someone out quickly to diagnose the issue. Everyone we worked with at Brown was great, but especially Malakai. He was thorough and made sure everything was done well. I would highly recommend Brown plumbing/Skelton’s.

Mr. French was very polite, friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. Helped me join the Yearly Service Program that is very affordable..For a small monthly fee, they will come out and service your system twice a year. thank you so much for that. I am very satisfied with the service he provided. I was NOT charged anything today. Hope he stays our technician. Thank you.

Kevin did an excellent job. He was polite and worked diligently to replace the water heater and fix the water pressure issue. Even when it got dark and cold he continued to finish the job instead of asking to come back another day. Very satisfied customer.

He was very knowledgeable in the field of plumbing. Gave me exact quotes and told me exactly what needed and why. I highly recommend Browns plumbing and electrical company 5 star for even the customer service on the phone was amazing. Will be using from now on.
