Excellent Service. Service Tech Andrew Bailey was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed our aging system and recommended we replaced. EDIT: Had our new system installed. Great job by technicians Kalin Hale and Logan Morris. They were on time, professional and did an amazing job, it looks and works great.

Air Experts is an excellent family owned and operated business. They were timely in returning of my call on a Saturday. Jenna was very professional and friendly. Brian called and informed me that he was on his way, while I received the SMS notification with his photo. Brian did a great job in identifying and repairing of the issues with my ac unit.
I am thoroughly impressed with Air Experts and will definitely recommend them.

Great experience working with Air Experts. After our two-decade-old AC unit died, Tristian promptly came out and diagnosed the issues. He gave us several options for possible resolutions or replacement. To prevent further ongoing issues, we decided on replacing the attic unit and the outside unit (condenser). Early the next morning Josh and Diego (and Drew to help for a short time with the heavy lifting) arrived, removed the old units from the attic and outside, installed the new attic and outside units, setup the new thermostat, and tested the air and heating. It only took about 5 hours for all of that, which was greatly appreciated. Josh and Diego made sure everything looked neat, tidy and clean throughout the installation and afterward. True professionals!

We loved working with Air Experts! We were new to the area and found them through a flier they sent out. Brian came to our house and spent a lot of time helping us decide on 2 HVAC units. He worked hard to get us the right product at a very attractive price. He quickly set up an installation date. We were very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the installation crew. They installed everything to our satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves. Afterwards, Brian followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. This was a great experience and we highly recommend Brian and Air Experts.

He was pleasant and knowledgeable about all and everything of his profession and more!! I was extremely impressed with how he was kind and patient with my 91yr old father who loves to talk!! I recently had the pleasure of working with Air Experts for my air and heating needs, and I could be more satisfied with the experience from the moment I contacted them. Their customer service was top-notch. Andrew was incredible, responsive, friendly, and attention to my concerns. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He took his time repairing the problem , cleaned up everything after he was done. Andrew went above and beyond. Overall, Andrew and Air Experts exceeded my expectations in every way. Their dedication to customer satisfaction combined with their technical proficiency makes them a stand out choice for anyone in need of an AC repair, or installation of new air-conditioning and heating unit. Please send Kevin or John on the next visit...PLEASE. I was told the unit needs an exhaust motor. I was not impressed with Scott. I usually give 5 stars..this time I would rate him a 2 of 5.

Air Experts installed a new HVAC system for me today and I could not be happier. The installation team of Josh and Diego were top notch. Very pleasant, professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Their attention to detail and pride in the work they do was very apparent. I was genuinely impressed with both of them. The owner Brian came by to address any questions I might have and ensure the installation was going well also. I would recommend Air Experts without hesitation!

Tristan Saxson did a great job with routine maintenance on our 2 units. Starting using Air Experts a year ago when one of our units was not cooling. They are great. Always prompt. And I appreciate that they text you when the technician is on their way and who to expect.

The Service Technicians from Air Experts are always very professional, they wear shoe covers when they enter my home and explain everything they are doing in detail.

Air experts: Kevin, Logan, Braxton and Chance did a Fantastic Job. On time, explained what they were doing, cleaned up after job. Installed new Attic HVAC that is a Hot Job in summer in Alabama…Professional and friendly!

We had a great service experience with Air Experts today on our Carrier HVAC system. I was thoroughly impressed with our service technician Tristan Saxon. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with our system and what was being done. We were so impressed that we signed up for their yearly service treatments. Seems to be a great company and would definitely recommend them.

Great job, very responsive and professional. This was a full system replacement and Kalin answered all of my many questions. He also evaluated our second system and fixed a problem we were not aware of. They’re my HVAC guys going forward.

Austin came for maintenance
on my heat pumps today. He is very friendly , and explained everything to me I needed to know. I have used Air Experts for awhile and highly recommend!
