Very disappointing and frustrating to have booked 2 separate appointments, received an email confirmation of the booked appointment and then have nobody show up or even advise of cancellation.
Won't be using this company!

Beyond expectations. We got a new metal roof for same price as shingles. Also had hurricane clips and radiant attic barrier installed. The crew was hard working and completed the job quickly. We had a couple issues due to the fact that the crews were scrambling to complete several jobs before the hurricanes hit this past year. Everything was addressed and corrected fast and to our satisfaction. Many companies would ghost you after the job is complete. Not so with US Shingle. Our sales rep Kyiler was fantastic! great guy with a passion to do his job well. Hank amd Shay came right out to address any issues and make sure they were corrected to our satisfaction. i highly recommend this roofing company. they care about their customers.

They have done EVERYTHING wrong… they gave us a bid for our roof. Didn’t come out on time and showed up without letting us know on a holiday and left a mess in my yard and after the job was done and paid it started raining inside of my home from the roof they were supposed to fix… stopped answering phone calls and text. Finally answered my Husband and told us we needed new beams and that was NEVER discussed in the conversation or estimate. It rained right after the job was done and water inside my home everywhere. I want my money back… they got paid for a job THEY DID NOT DO
RUN FROM THIS COMPANY… DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!

I received a referral for this company from a coworker after the insurance company sent a mandate for roof replacement and tree trimming.

Chris, the owner, presents himself as a true industry professional. No sleazy contractor salesman vibes, just information, education, and problem solving solutions.

The roof looks great on the house, and the trees were trimmed and hauled away as needed.

Another part of the job was a gutter repair from tree branch damage, reworking the existing materials. The end result was a repair that looks like replacement materials were used.

Several months have passed, and the roof still looks new. We are very satisfied with the results.
