We had a sewage backup in our basement that flooded several rooms. Jose and his team were able to come out late that night to do the initial cleanup & start the drying process. His team helped us throughout the whole mitigation process with drywall, baseboard & tile removal and were all wonderful to work with! The PM, German, was fantastic too. All the guys were efficient and professional. We would highly recommend Best Option Restoration!

Excellent professional service. Jose and his company showed up within an hour of my call and quickly took care of my damaged drywall and installed fans to dry everything out. They took extreme care to minimize the mess inside my house and communication was excellent. Highly recommend

My mom has not been home in two years and finally after crying out to God and asking him to please send ppl to help me who are a vessel thru him I was blessed to come in contact with this company. When everyone else was busy Mr. Valencia and came out immediately in dress pants and went into a crawl space and inspected the home, showed me pictures, found the source, and gave me a price to fix it. I cried as I didn't know the condition as this seems to have appeared out of nowhere and I knew it was bad and I was worried. He told me don't cry your going to be blessed. He told me I'm here to help and I want to help your mom. I've been let down so much and lost ppl and a total stranger just showed up and took some of the weight off. We scheduled and everything I was worried about he gave me peace this went beyond a great job being done. I told my mom... and she cried.... that God is opening doors and I promised you I would take you home momma. We are almost there and what time she has left will be where her heart is at ease. So many have played apart even those we have just met like this company. I overly highly recommend using them and people know I'm picky. Caring, professional, on time, reasonable and just a fantastic company and crew! I can't help but give that man upstairs praise for putting me in contact with people and business's like this! This company is absolutely fantastic. My wife and I had some major concerns about possible mold in our home. The owner (Jose) and his team could have easily played into our fear and charged us a lot of money for no reason. Instead, they pointed out a few minor things that could be fixed and charged an extremely fair price. Not only are they extremely relational in their approach, but they are extremely knowledgeable.
