Jose and his team were timely and great to work with. His team came out to look at a leak in our bathroom. Jose did testing and found mold behind the walls were the leak had started before it was noticed. Jose explained what was going on and made a stressful situation easier to manage. Upon returning to my second home on a Friday night after being away for about six months, I noticed a large amount mold covering the inside my refrigerator / freezer. Upon looking up a remediation service, I found "Best Option Restoration" company. I called and talked with Jose Valencia, the owner and an excellent technician in mold removal services along with other restoration service qualifications. He was extremely knowledgeable and asked many questions, and indicated he would be at my house the following day (Saturday), and to "Not" open my fridge door, for mold can spread. Excellent advise!
He arrived exactly at the time he indicated he would, thoroughly examined the unit, and the surrounding area. He gave me his Free assessment on the cost and recommendation, which I followed.
I am 72 years old, and have seen and interacted with many people in my life that are good at their profession, and a few that are not ..) however, I have never had the opportunity to meet someone that is as professional, intelligent, knowledgeable of his craft, and as personable as Jose. I strongly recommend this company and Jose in particular, for Any and All services they indicate they/he perform.

Can’t say enough good things about Best Option. Jose answered the phone every single time I called and patiently answered my questions. The remodeling crew was on time, clean cut and hardworking. Their woodworking skills are exact and accurate. I couldn’t say enough about their professionalism and work skills. Very happy with the work they completed.

Jose and all the guys at Best Option are the best home service providers I’ve ever used, and I’ve renovated entire homes before. They are trustworthy, respectful, careful, and clean. Jose and the guys actually treated my house as if it was their own home. I would not use anybody else. Most important of all, Jose and the team are very human - he is not just there to sell you a service and get paid. He makes it obvious that he’s truly there to solve a problem you have with you and go above and beyond in execution.

Very pleased! German and his crew were extremely professional and did amazing work. We had a hole in our ceiling after extensive plumbing work. They had to remove a light fixture along with putting in new Sheetrock. When they were done, it was like it had never been there. Absolutely flawless. Plus they made no mess during the process! They left my house cleaner than when they arrived!! Highly recommend!

Jose and his team are THE BEST. We had an extreme situation where we bought a home that had hidden toxic mold in the walls of multiple rooms that made us very sick & completely hopeless once we finally figured it out.
