This is by far the best cleaning company I've ever had and the owner is very professional!!

I never received a call back from this company.

Josh was a tremendous help. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. His work is extremely professional and well priced. I will recommend him to anyone.

The team from I Mount TVs showed in two company vans, in company uniforms, sharp, and ready to work. We needed a 85" TV mounted and a some of our hardware did not make it in the move to Birmingham. The team had lots of tools and technology do the job, find the studs, determine if the studs were metal or wood (they were metal), and mounted the TV solid as a rock, and perfectly level. They did it fast and flawlessly and the individuals were a joy to visit with. I Mount TVs is a fantastic Birmingham-based enterprise that does world-class work and deserves all the business this community can offer them. We'll move again in the next 6 months or so and will call on them again. Highly recommended.

Good luck getting any communication. I had to cancel the groupon and get a refund. At least groupon was quick to respond and process my refund. If I get a response to this negative review maybe you should start here and work backwards to get somebody to answer.

Sad thing is they are probably really good at what they do but have difficulty following up on emails. They may be too busy or out of town or whatever but a courtesy response or acknowledgment of interest in their service would go a long way.

Good luck getting him to respond to you. I purchased his service through Groupon then tried emailing, calling, and texting and never heard from him. Cancelled Groupon voucher and will find someone else who wants the job.

In response to Josh's response... if you have no other phone service other than text and have not received any of my texts how did you know I wanted a same day appointment? Anyways, contacted "WE MOUNT TVS" this morning and they were at my house by 10:30 and out of there by noon (on a holiday week).

Needed refrigerator repaired but it would take a week or so to get a repairman out.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE, INSTALLED A USED PART AND CHARGED FOR FOR A NEW ONE. 2 WEEKS LATER THE FRIDGE QUIT WORKING. WOULD NOT RETURN TO MY HOUSE TO REPAIR. WOULD NOT ANSWER CALLS!! MADE SOME EXCUSE ABOUT LOCKING KEYS IN CAR. HAD ME WAITING FOR HIM ON 2 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. I FINALLY JUST CALLED ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY THEY CAME OUT, TOLD ME ABOUT THE PART BEING USED. NOW I AM HAVING TO PAY THESE PEOPLE TO REPAIR THE SAME THING THE OTHER TRIED TO FIX WITH A USED PART!! EITHER I AM GOING TO GET A REFUND OR HAVE TO SUE THESE PEOPLE!!!

Agree with ciizenJQ!! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE... 5 VISITS LATER STILL HAVE A BROKEN ICE MACHINE AND NO RETURN CALLS. BIG SCAMMER! Now we have to call another company and pay another service call to fix what Jonathan broke. so saving money really cost us tons this time!

Excuses included... Had to take Mother to hair dresser's appt... ate spicy chicken wings that made him sick, dropped phone in toilet & couldn't return calls, was feeling dizzy, got an emergency call from a friend & needed to help him out, etc, etc, etc... Google is not approving the picture of him that I post with my review... my friend took while we waited for him to finish on his last unsuccessful visit! Let's just say, it wasn't his best side! Just say no!!

McDonald's on Center Point Pkwy is a kiddie daycare. I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes. The cashier taking the order had an attitude. The female at window two was training and the poor thing was doing her best with another coworker was yelling at her on what to do. I ordered fish with ketch up only. Simple. I checked my order I had everything but ketchup. They ask me to pull up while they remake my sandwich. I get it 5 minutes later. I had ketchup and mustard with tartar sauce. I truly understand why they stay hiring. I kid you not, I didnt see not one adult working there. Save your money and time, not stop there. Its a waste of time, money and energy.

I had an emergency and these guys showed up promptly. They needed to diagnose issue but wasted no time finding the issue. The following day they repaired (I had 3 options). I.did the one that would take care of our issue in a way that we could afford. Julian was truly the kindest. So far we are pleased .

Great service! Fixed our clog toilet in a short time and were less than HALF the cost of highly rated competitors in the area that were closer to us. Called and got a same day appointment in a couple hours and the 2 men that showed us were knowledgeable and super helpful and even cleaned our toilet after they fixed the clog. Any future issues we will only use your company! Thank you again Julian!

Had a clogged kitchen drain, called at 2:00PM and he was there at 4.
Julian was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I have no idea if what I paid was competitive but I think it was in the ballpark.. The quick response and great tech was worth it!!

Riley with Roto Rotor made my day! We just bought a house that sat vacant for a bit and the washer machine drain was backing up, I scheduled an appointment online and he was here the next day and asked to come early! The price was a bit more than I had expected, but he was about to give me a discount so I didn’t have to wait! So very attentive, will be definitely giving him a call if I ever have any issues!

Riley has been our technician twice now and he's been great each time! Kind, courteous and very professional. He takes the time to explain what he's doing and why the plumbing issues happened. He's fixed our basement toilet and replaced our water pressure regulator when it failed and started leaking. We will definitely be using him again for future plumbing issues!

They responded quickly to my request for a water line to my refrigerator. The plumber who came to my house was helpful and friendly.

William did a great job on my plumbing issues today.

Once again, we had an excellent experience using Roto-Rooter. I called one day and received an appt for the next. We wanted to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Our plumber was Julian and he could not have been nicer. He did a wonderful, NEAT job and even gave us the senior discount, which we greatly appreciated. We call Roto-Rooter because they can usually come out quickly, their plumbers have never been anything but extremely nice, and RR keeps you updated about your service timeline.

The best experience I have ever had I will definitely call back if I have another problem ❤️
