My toilet stopped up and I was unable to clear it by using a plunger. Finally I decided to call RotoRooter to help me out. Ronald was the technician who came to fix the problem. He explained the problem clearly and got right to work fixing it. It was an expensive fix but necessary. Ronald knew what he was doing and got right down to business and did a great job fixing the problem. He also gave me tips to make sure that it didn't happen again.

Julian was kind and competent. He fixed the issue, took additional steps to ensure the job was complete, and left his work area exceptionally clean. Great experience!

Riley the technician was awesome! He came same day within an hour of calling (came late in the day). He stayed till well after 6:30 pm to make sure it was all good. Snaked 3 different clogs. Friendly quick thorough and clean. I will be calling him again.

Outstanding service was provided by Julian Leiva and his apprentice Jekovan. I had water backing up when using the washer, Kitchen sink was backing up and 1 bathroom toilet. Julian snaked through bathroom floor. That wasn’t completely successful. So he did an assessment of the pipe configuration in the crawl space. There was a 3 point Y configuration leading to a L configuration. So he took the snake machine into the crawl space open clean out and ran snake to clear the line. Presto, water running sounds like a beautiful spring. Had great video of the outside clean out and the sound of water running. Thank you so much for the professionalism, courtesy and best of all great service!
