Our dog had an "accident" on the bedroom carpet. It was a mess. First of all when I called the phone was answered promptly and my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. In a little while Steve came out and cleaned the carpet. It looks like new. No hint of any mess. I appreciate a company that truly cares about the customer and getting the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

These guys were super friendly and professional! Explained everything well. Left my house smelling clean and the carpets looking brand new. And it didn't break the budget! Will use them again. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved into a home where the carpet was probably in the worst shape. It was VERY dirty with lots of stains on it. I was amazed in how great of a job they did on cleaning the carpet in our new home. It was a complete 180 difference and felt great knowing that we were able to walk onto a much cleaner carpet. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend using them as a carpet cleaning service.

Cleaners did a great job, especially in removing spots and stains. Technician were courteous and friendly. Job started and ended on schedule. ! will use them again in the future.

I ask them to leave my home because the price was very different from what was discussed on the phone!

I initially spoke to the owner, Steve. We discussed my home in great detail. He gave me a reasonable price based on the specials they advertise on their website.

When they get to your home they base the price on the square footage of each room. It doesn't matter if the room is completely filled with furniture... with a very limited area to clean.

I felt very misled. Don't say one thing then change it when you in a customer's home. Bait and switch in my opinion. I do not recommend!

I have used Heaven’s Best on our rental properties over the years as well as my personal home. Great company to work with, professional and polite technicians. The carpet cleaning always turns out great and their attention to detail with trouble spots is amazing. Would definitely recommend this company!

Heaven's Best cleaned my carpet last week and did a great job! Mr. Mobley was on time (even early!), personable, and really cared about the quality of his work. When he finished, the carpet wasn't wet like with previous cleanings and it only took a few hours to dry completely, plus his prices are the most competitive I've found! I highly recommend Heaven's Best and he will be who I refer to all my clients in the future.

Steve came to my house, and spent at least 30 minutes loving on all of my 6 small dogs...they loved him!!😀 What a nice guy!! He cleaned my carpet very professionally, and it dried very quickly!! He did an awesome job! And cheaper than the other expensive company here in Birmingham that gouges with outrageous costs!! I will definitely use him again and again!

Steve and his crew were the BEST! I highly recommend them. We had our floors at the office stripped and re-waxed. Steve and his men were prompt, professional, and so kind. They can right in and got to work and made the place look like we just opened for business. Ann, the office manager, is a delight, as well! She made booking everything a breeze. We called Heavens Best to clean a small area rug. We dropped it off at their cleaning plant and met Stephen, the owner. He cleaned it and delivered it back to our home the next day. Very quick service and did a great job. I highly recommend their service.

This is the 3rd carpet cleaning company I’ve used in the metro-Birmingham area, and I plan to use them from now on! To schedule the appt, I spoke with an actual person. She clearly explained options and pricing. Pricing is easy to understand: there aren’t complicated categories or separate fees for cleaning/sanitizing/deodorizing. The pair of techs showed up on time and were extremely professional. They did a beautiful job in the time specified and the price was almost the exact amount of the estimate! They didn’t try to get me to add any “special” treatments or purchase additional products.

My oriental rug looks amazing!!! Service was great. Steve picked up my rug at my home. They cleaned my rug. When it was done a young man returned my rug and laid it down in my home. Both gentlemen were very courteous!!! The price was very reasonable. Just all around great experience!! Would highly recommend.

Stephen and his crew were FANTASTIC! They txt’d when on the way, and arrived right on time. They were polite and so helpful and worked HARD! My carpets look like new! And there were definitely some challenges for them to tackle. Stephen explained everything they were going to do and had pics of the before and after… amazing! So happy I chose them to do this job!

Heaven’s Best has to be the best carpet cleaning service in all of Alabama! Pricing is very reasonable, the job was done very thoroughly, the two technicians that cleaned the carpet were the sweetest and very knowledgeable of carpet cleaning and the eco-friendly products used. I could truly go on all day about how amazing the service was, this company is the way to go! Truly 10 out of 10! The carpet looks so good I wish we never had to walk on it!
