My 1st experience there wasn't very good, felt ignored. Decided to try again, had a great personable experience with the owner and his contributions to the community. Will certainly support this local business more.

The employees are very nice until you purchase. I have mulch delivered to my home with instructions on where to place it. Delivery guys left the red mulch in my driveway, which left a red stain on my concrete. I contacted the owner with pictures of where they were supposed to deliver and where they actually delivered, and informed him if it stained the drive I would let him know. He said thanks. After I removed the mulch I sent him pictures of the stains. He never responded, this was 2 days ago.

My mother paid $1500 for a project in September 2022 and Hector (the owner) has refused to provide proof that he's started the project. If that wasn't enough, he refuses all calls, texts, and voice mails and last I checked his work inbox was full. The bottom line is that with Secret Garden or any of Hector's other companies like Dreamscapes, you will not get your money's worth if you can even get a hold of the fellow.

We have been shopping at the Secret Garden for the past four years and have always received both healthy plants and friendly, knowledgeable service! We highly recommend this local business! ⭐️⭐️
