Sorry to write this, but first impressions make a lasting impression. Luis came by our home for a backyard project; he was very kind and provided suggestions. We agreed to move forward and awaited for his quote. After two days, still nothing. I followed-up and he said “by the end of the weekend”. Monday rolls around; still no quote. I follow-up once again via email and he said he would get it out soon. It’s been over two weeks now and still nothing after multiple emails and texts (and he replied each time). Not sure what’s going on. Needless to say, we are disappointed and went with another contractor that provided a competitive quote within 5 HOURS. If you didn’t want the project or maybe you weren’t comfortable with it, be professional and just tell us rather than ghosting us.
