While they showed up early and completely got rid of the dead Maple in our front yard, they failed to tell me that the city expects the contractor to remove the remains of the tree. They told me the city would take care of it. This is not true. The stump was removed several days later. Stump and tree branches made our house look like a tornado had passed through. Not well done. I was promised a call back later and it never came. Communications seem to be a problem with this company. Tree removal was at a good price. Getting rid of debris was a problem. I would avoid this contractor.

They were working on a neighbor's trees and offered me a variety of quotes for different options of taking care of some trimming and trees I needed taken down. While doing the work, they also noted another tree that was dead and leaning on a healthy tree toward my house. They were able to knock out the work in one day and came to clean up the next day.

Gave us a price to cut trees, clean up and grind stumps. Did good job cutting. At end of day ask for half price. Husband paid. Said would be back in morning at 8am to clean up and grind stumps. Never showed up and never called. Had to hire someone else to clean up. Once that was done they came back and ask for rest of $. If you use them don't pay ANYTHING till job is done or you are on your own. Thought they were upstanding people. So sad! We saw later they dtopped branches also across property line that we had to clean up.

Y Professional Tree Service cut down seven trees for us. These trees were all huge pine trees well over 100 feet tall and close to the house. Y Tree Services took down the trees, removed all debris and grinded the stumps. They had enough workers that enabled them to work in an efficient manner. There was not a single branch left on the property. I am well pleased and can highly recommend them. I would use them again without hesitation.

Y Professional Tree Service is indeed a very professional company. They estimated to remove four 100 foot trees from my back yard. They came in $1600. under my cheapest estimate and $3000. below the highest. They have nice clean equipment and people who know what they are doing. If I had to do it all over again I would still use them but I would ask them not to use their bob cat to pull the limbs out of my back yard and put in my front yard by the street for their cherry picker truck to pick up and haul away. But for me it was ok because I need to do some landscaping to my back yard anyway.

Great team! Highly recommend. A tree fell on our house at 5 AM. We called and they were here within 30 minutes. Very professional. 80 foot tree removed by 1 PM. Removed all the wood from our property and even blew all the sawdust away. Will use again to remove two other trees in the next month.

This is the second time I have paid for Y Professional Tree Service to cut down trees on my property and grind the stumps. The first time I had them cut down 13 large pin oaks. The second time I had them cut down approximately 70 trees, large and small - the largest being a 100' ash that could have fallen on my house if not properly cut. They knew exactly how to take it down so the house was never in any danger. They have a very friendly, hard working staff and I highly recommend them!
