While they showed up early and completely got rid of the dead Maple in our front yard, they failed to tell me that the city expects the contractor to remove the remains of the tree. They told me the city would take care of it. This is not true.
The stump was removed several days later. Stump and tree branches made our house look like a tornado had passed through. Not well done.
I was promised a call back later and it never came. Communications seem to be a problem with this company.
Tree removal was at a good price. Getting rid of debris was a problem. I would avoid this contractor.

They were working on a neighbor's trees and offered me a variety of quotes for different options of taking care of some trimming and trees I needed taken down. While doing the work, they also noted another tree that was dead and leaning on a healthy tree toward my house. They were able to knock out the work in one day and came to clean up the next day.

Gave us a price to cut trees, clean up and grind stumps. Did good job cutting. At end of day ask for half price. Husband paid. Said would be back in morning at 8am to clean up and grind stumps. Never showed up and never called. Had to hire someone else to clean up. Once that was done they came back and ask for rest of $. If you use them don't pay ANYTHING till job is done or you are on your own.
Thought they were upstanding people. So sad!
We saw later they dtopped branches also across property line that we had to clean up.
