We are very pleased with the service received from Cullman Appliance Repair. The Jenn-Air part we required was on back order for several weeks. Sonia was very kind and shared our frustrations, and worked to finally secure the part. As soon as the part came in, they installed it the next day. Their technician, James Roberts, was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. It’s great to find such reputable service providers that come to the Smith Lake area.

Adam showed up on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and and very kind. He explained everything he was doing and was very honest. If you need an appliance repair, ask for Adam. He is the best and the price was reasonable.

Adam is officially our household hero. He fixed our ice maker, which means my boujee kids can finally fill their water bottles without acting like they’re surviving a drought. He was friendly, fast, and didn’t even judge me for the small glacier that had formed in the freezer. 10/10 — would absolutely call Adam again before my kids start melting down over a non-dispensing ice maker!

I called Cullman Appliance to have a technician come out to check my dishwasher. Adam came out. Very professional and polite. Checked out the dishwasher and did not try to sale me something I did not need. Problem was resolved. Jeremiah came to fix the fan in our commercial freezer that was found to be not working properly during a maintenance check. As soon as the part came in, he arrived to replace the part. He was friendly, very professional, and made sure everything was working properly again before he left. Definitely recommend Cullman Appliance for all your appliance repairs! Im so impressed with Cullman Appliance Repair and especially Adam Roberts. After 3 previous attempts from repairmen from LG, Adam saved the day. He was professional and courteous, and successfully addressed the problems in a matter of minutes after many months of hassles. Adam addressed all my concerns with the LG refrigerator and I’m confident the repairs will be appropriately handled in a speedy manner. I would like to request that Adam is scheduled to return when the necessary parts arrive. I’ll definitely keep the Cullman Appliance card for future reference

Adam was amazing. He left me know when he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional and was able to get my washer up and running. I would highly recommend them!

We had a bit of complicated fix due to red tape with the company we purchased the oven from, the parts manufacturers and the warranty people. Cullman Appliances & HVAC Repair were the only ones to actually help us and stay motivated enough to help get our repairs done. Our repair man Tyler and the ladies that he had to stay in contact with at their office, were fantastic. I believe it was a total of 6 visits due to more parts being needed and wrong parts being sent by the manufacturer before our oven was back up and running. We certainly appreciate the hard work and dedication from Tyler and Cullman Appliances. They have gained repeat customers if we have any other issues.
