My wife texted me the other night at work and said the washing machine was leaking water. I took the hoses off the pump to see if it was clogged and a small wire clip broke off and I thought oh crap now I’ve done it. This was Saturday morning and no one was open for repair. Rhonda saw that I called but didn’t leave a message, so she called and I’m glad she did. Not one other company returned calls with messages I left. I didn’t know if I could get a technician out the same day but Rhonda made it happen and sent Alex to Decatur to help us out. Alex checked the pump which I thought was bad and said everything was completely fine and he even fixed the wire and placed a new clip on the wire and had the washing machine up and running in 45 minutes. Alex checked everything out could not find a leak and did not know why the water had leaked on the washer other than maybe the detergent dispenser was filled too full, by accident causing the water to flow over the top of the drum.
Thank you, Alex for a fast professional job But also thank you to Rhonda for making the same-day service possible. Because of the great customer service, knowledgeable fast repair of Alex and the reasonable price I won’t use anyone else for my appliance repairs or service.

Our technician found the issue and immediately ordered the part. As soon as the part came in they called, and I missed the call, called few days later and our technician was off but someone else stepped up and got us fixed. I will definitely use them again!!

Cullman Appliance always shows up with Prompt and professional service. I called at 8:00 and Alex was here a few minutes before the 12:00 appointment time. He worked methodically and diagnosed the problem with the washing machine. He ordered the necessary part from our home and will return later in the week to replace it. I have used Cullman Appliance several times with good results.
