The owner is a mold expert and has a medical background and knows how to evaluate the tests and how the different types of mold affect the body. She is familiar with what levels are too high for human living conditions as well as proper remediation techniques to make sure any company coming in behind the inspection does a proper mold remediation. Highly recommended!

(Patio) His concrete work I gave him a five star rating.(could not be happier)However, the cleanup (needs work)was not as meticulous as advertised. I was left with concrete splatter all over my windows and screens , and my yard was a little tore up, (sod) piles of dirt and small rock left in my backyard. Splatters of concrete all over my existing patio. That is the only reason for the three stars! Really nice guy, professional work, timely, but should really work on leaving things like he finds them! At least to the best of ability. When you spend that kind of money, you don’t want to do a lot of work afterwards.

Dan and his team were able to deliver my vision by updating current flower beds, adding new flower beds and creating a small rock garden around the mailbox. Plus he replaced a portion of the back fence. His team did a great job.

They repaired driveway pavers damaged by uprooted tree stumps in Hurricane Sally. Lesser companies would not take the job. The pricing was spot on. My experience with Phoenix Hardscapes, especially Dan and his team went above and beyond my expectations.
