I forgot to turn the water in the laundry room sink off and went outside to work in flowers. Flooding in the laundry room and garage. They arrived within 20 minutes and went to work on moving heavy objects and drying water up. Hooked up fans and large machines to dry areas out. These guys were great. So happy with their work. I will have them come back when the need arises.

The AdvantaClean team was very professional, hardworking, and responsive to our needs and wishes. They cleaned up the water and mold damage in our kitchen and then encapsulated the area under our home. We need a mold test for a recently leaked master shower before the renovation to make sure the room was safe for our family. The water leaked from the corner of the shower through the floor tiles into the bathroom baseboards and walls, and then into the corner of the master bedroom. The water was not visible outside but the damage from the inside was visible. A lightspeed rep came out fast and offered several options depending on the result of the mold test or if we didn’t want the test, remediation of the mold (if any) found during the renovation. We did the mold air test, which came back negative, and that was it, luckily.

We had our hvac system and duct work cleaned and have noticed our air seems so much cooler now. Also helped with the "aged" smell of our home (built 30 yrs ago) it smells so much better. Very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend.

My Wife and I had a fantastic experience with the Lightspeed Team, especially Gabriel. A inspection by our pest control company ultimately releveled we had potential mold in our home's crawl space. As a notification like this can lead to anxiety and concern, we knew we needed to reach out to a market leader to help identify the facts and potential solutions to our situation. Gabriel was highly responsive and quick to attend to our needs, scheduling our home inspection and free estimate at the earliest possible date. The inspection was thorough and ultimately allowed Gabriel to present solutions that were tailored to our situation - not pressuring us into purchasing a service we didn't need.
