Chad has been our carpet cleaner for years. He shows up when he says he will, with or without utilities on at the property, and always does and excellent job. His crew is very polite and professional. We will be continuing to use him for all our carpet cleaning.

Had a flood in my home due to a broken water line. Floor Medic was here within an hour and with their system was able to save my hardwood floors, saving me thousands of $$. Since then they have done more work cleaning carpets and rugs. Great service and results. Highly recommend Floor Medic.

I've been doing business with Floor Medic for well over 5 years! I manage an apartment community and they do an awesome job on our carpets, always going the extra mile! He not only cleans our carpets but does water extraction when needed. We've had apartments flooded out and Chad and his crew are always on the spot fast to help with the clean up. I couldn't ask for better service!

Chad and floor medic have been spectacular. We had a pipe burst and they were able to save the hardwood floors and saw the project til the end. We also had them clean and stretch the carpet and clean our sofa and loveseat, all with great result. Highly recommended.

Chads guys came out to my house to clean my carpets. I’ve used Chad at Floor Medic for a few years. They are always on time courteous and professional. They work around my schedule to accommodate my time slot requests. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend Floor Medic.

07/23/2024 : I called the number listed online and spoke with Mr. Breaux (Owner). I explained what had happened and what services we were looking for. (Removing Blue PVC Glue from carpet) Unfortunately, Mr. Breaux was not confident that he would be able to help me but what he did next is what led to me writing this review. . He asked me for a photo and provided me with his personal cell number, he called other people in the industry and asked for advise, then he actually found a piece of carpet and put blue PVC glue on it and tried to clean it!! THIS MAN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS! He could have easily told me to get lost, that he couldn't help me or he could have promised something he couldn't deliver & billed me anyway. Instead, he tried everything he could to be of assistance, he was honest the entire time, and he stayed in touch with me throughout the process. After finding that he wouldn't be able to remove the stain, he made several recommendations to be of even more assistance! HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE UNMATCHED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE.

This was the first time that I used Floor Medic and I am very grateful that I used their service. They were able to fit me in within 2 days with a time that accommodated my schedule. Brett arrived and started straight to work. I told him that I had cats that were confined to one room that was not being cleaned today. He thanked me for letting him know that there were animals in the house. Even though they were not a risk of running, he was very considerate of my animals. That meant the world to me! Brett was super professional, very fast and removed every problem spot that I had. Saying that I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. When we discovered water-soaked carpeting in our bonus room, we called Chad. He responded to our call immediately and worked throughout the weekend to dry out our subfloor and insulation. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt on each of his return visits. You could tell he takes pride in his work, and it was refreshing to find someone so reliable to provide this service.
