Chad at Floor Medic stretched our carpet a few months ago and he did a great job. The carpet, which was only four years old and gently used, had some unsightly wrinkles. After Chad's efforts, the carpet looks great (and new) again. Chad was professional, timely and communicative. We very much appreciate the results and would use this company again in the future.

Chad Breaux is the owner and he is SUPER responsive if you have any special issues or problems. We have used them multiple times to clean our carpets. Their process is the most complete. They not only use the typical hot water extraction device, they pre-treat with multiple products, then, they use a floor scrubber to loosen dirt and stains. Then..they use the extraction and finally the carpet rake that fluffs the pile and makes the carpets SO SOFT.

Our most recent crew was Robert (I think) and Allen. These two gentlemen definitely take pride in their work. They did their best to keep the door closed where they brought the hose through. It was a very humid day so that was appreciated. They also used corner guards to prevent the hose from damaging any paint. They treated “traffic area stains” heavily and spent extra time scrubbing and extracting those areas. Both young men were friendly and professional. Awesome crew!!! Our carpets looked like new when they were finished and they are 15 years old - the carpets - not the crew!!

We will be calling you soon to perform grout cleaning on all our tiled areas as well as wood floor polishing.

Our carpet is 20 yrs old and I have a Capet cleaner I used frequently since I have pets. It got to the point it needed to be really deep cleaned. A nice, young man named Zack came to do the carpet. He did a great job. The carpet looks new again . I would greatly recommend them.

Rugs had been down for 20 years and never been cleaned. I wanted them cleaned and while that was being done get my wood floors cleaned. Robert and Mike came on the designated day on time. They moved the furniture and rolled up the rugs and loaded them in the truck. The next day they came back as scheduled and did the floors, replaced the rugs and put the furniture back exactly where it was. The process was simple and efficient. The rugs look like new and my floors are beautiful. I could not be more satisfied with Floor-Medic. Robert and Mike were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home.
