There was a misunderstanding on my part when booking the service and when I called back, they made my mistake a priority and took care of it right away! I was very appreciative of their quick response and ease of doing business!

The two ladies that came to clean my mom’s home did a great job. We discussed what needed to be done and they completed everything we talked about. This was the first time I used a housecleaning service, and was glad I contacted MTP. I would use them again.

I will start by saying they were a bit late about a hour, however they more then made up for it with the job they did. Excellent attention to detail and were done with the work in a very reasonable time. I am very happy and would definitely recommend.

Destiny is the person who has come the last two times. She's pleasant and does a great job cleaning. She's very thorough and efficient. I recommend her!

Very professional. I wouldn’t call it a deep clean that I received. It was more like a regular cleaning. She missed a few spots, but was prompt and courteous.

The cleaning was done well. My issue here is the deep clean really didn’t seem like a a DEEEEEEP CLEAN. There were things discussed in the consultation that were not followed through on when the cleaner Arrived. Ie. The upper kitchen cabinets were not cleaned The bedroom that I had specified to be cleaned and not been mopped or swept. It seems like the consultation part of this definitely interfere with the cleaners ability to follow through. I booked this cleaning for my grandfather, Because my grandmother is spending time in California. I’m a little disappointed in the follow through.

Do not hire this company unless all you want is a surface cleaning. I needed my house cleaned for the next tenant. The house was empty nothing stopping the one person they sent from cleaning. The bathrooms still smell like urine. Dust on the ceiling fans, outlets, base boards. Cabinets still sticky. In other words they didn't clean anything. I've never cleaned anything without using some type of soap, cleaning material and water. I had to go behind her and clean everything even after she came back a second time. To still not even pick up the things on the bathroom floor and the feces on the from of the toilet. Trust me if you know how to clean and your use to cleaning. You'll be disappointed in this service. If you want it half done then they'll do a good job. The one thing that really upset me. The man told me that was the (700$)deep clean. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! It wasn't worth it.

Elizabeth did a Great Job and stayed busy the entire time she was here! She was very nice and pleasant.

They service the Navy Base Shell & they have always done an amazing job sanitizing our restrooms. I highly recommend using them!

Mac is very professional and thorough with sanitization/disinfectant of our restroom facilities. He is also knowledgeable of other services offered by this company which includes a thorough sanitization of surfaces, walls, effectively killing bacterial and viral infections including Covid-19.
